Psychologists cry too! We are the same people, like everyone else, with one, only, difference, that we know what our Tarakashek are called:)
I have already written several articles about personal therapy and, step by step, worked through my "sick" topics!
Today I want to talk about the most painful thing for me! After all, recognizing and speaking out our problems, we remove their significance from them, we make them less important to ourselves!
Unfortunately, I have no children of my own. This is a sad story, but I have already worked it out and worked it out. And I already accept and speak openly.
And I am no longer lying in response to the question of unfamiliar people:
- Do you have kids?
- Son. Only he now lives in another country …
And I do not add, sadly, to myself: "In the country from which they do not return"
Yes! Before, I either avoided a direct answer, or told a lie
- It was ostrich politics!
- Burying your head in the sand!
- Not accepting the problem!
And now I calmly answer:
- I have no children, but I have four grandchildren!
Yes! It happens. These are the children of my nephews and the grandchildren of my, unfortunately, now deceased, brother Vladimir. They live in Moscow, or rather not far from Moscow in a cottage community.
I ask them all the time to call me grandmother! Only Mishka, Masha and Danka laugh and call me not even my aunt, but simply Natasha and “you”.
And only one-year-old Vovka, named after his grandfather, shouted after me when I was leaving:
For a long time I swallowed tears and snot …
Soon I am going to Moscow, the Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education, where I am assigned to defend my dissertation and, of course, visit them, to my relatives!
I have already ordered as many as eight educational board games-adventurers at the Labyrinth.
I love to play with kids!
By the way, Mikhail, Daniel and Maria are already playing chess!
And five-year-old Manya, as she called herself before, even almost beat me this summer!
Children teach us a lot, adults
Communicating with my grandchildren, I came to the conclusion that
- how good it is to be a grandmother
- how many reasons for happiness in life,
- how easy it is to rejoice here and now at any age!
And further:
I wanted to share this photo with all my grandchildren in the summer, but I really didn't like myself.
And now I am actively working on adopting my, not ideal, complexion:
- Yes! with my legs I have complete sadness, my ankles are swollen from lymphostasis, because the trousers are with wide flared. I accept it without tears!
- Yes! Now I am very plump and I am doing everything to become smaller and slimmer in small steps. I admit it! As well as the fact that I am a good grandmother. I am becoming even more aware!
- Yes! A good grandmother, this is not only chess, books, songs and drawings. These are not only board games! A good grandmother is hide and seek, and robber Cossacks, and a kite, which we will all launch together next summer. I do my best!

What Is The Difference Between A MATURE WOMAN And A Codependent Woman
Recently, the word "codependency", which was once a purely psychological term, is increasingly used in everyday communication. Initially, it was associated with people whose partners or relatives are in alcohol, drug or other addiction, but this phenomenon is associated not so much with bad habits, but with the psychological state of a person.
WHY IN FAMILIES WHERE EVERYTHING IS GOOD, SOMETHING IS NOT GOOD WITH CHILDREN
A small note on this topic, since recently families that are friendly and happy have often begun to contact, and of course, on the one hand, it is joyful that there are such families, but for some reason something is happening with the children in these families, but not that, for example, children violently fight among themselves, or children have not typical long-term acquired symptoms - stuttering, enuresis, tantrums, heavy weight, etc.
The Ideal Woman Of Russia In The XXI Century. My Survey Destroyed All The Myths About The Ideal Woman From Gloss. Just Imagine What The Ideal Woman Means In The Opinion Of Men
The ideal woman of Russia in the XXI century. My poll shattered all the myths about the ideal glossy woman. Unfortunately, there is no single image of an ideal woman: it is always adapted for a specific period in the history of a particular people, for that specific social model, social role that a particular woman plays or wants to play.
Evil Does Not Tolerate Good, But Good Can Tolerate Evil
Russian priest Yakov Krotov says: "Evil does not tolerate good, but good can tolerate evil." Well said. On my own behalf, I will add that it can endure good, but good must have a limit of patience, otherwise good turns into the same evil if it endures infinitely and makes evil understand that EVERYTHING is POSSIBLE.
Why Do Good Girls Fall In Love With Bad Boys And Good Boys Fall In Love With Bad Girls?
Cases when good people fall in love with "bad" people are not uncommon. Why is this happening? The explanation can be found in the theory of Ronald Fairbairn (a famous British psychoanalyst, one of the founders of object relations theory).
