Even before studying psychology, I worked intensively on myself, my attitudes, patterns of behavior, and it always seemed to me that I could not change this in any way, it’s like running in a circle. I couldn’t accept it and didn’t want to, I was looking for options on how to change it. I was looking for an answer for a long time and I found it. Already now studying in the DMO approach, I understand how it works physiologically, how the brain works, I check it on myself and am inspired by the results. I'll tell you in more detail.

DME is an approach that is a combination of therapeutic, counseling, and coaching techniques based on differential (varied and scaled) modification of experience. Experience is understood as a short, event-driven, completed episode of a person's life, limited by a time frame of about 15-30 minutes and containing three levels of living: eventual, emotional-figurative, mental-verbal. It is believed that the cause of a person's problems associated with psychological trauma, lack of motivation or negative beliefs, etc., are negative experiences experienced in this area or associated with it in the past. At the same time, the age of experience does not matter - the situation could have been many years ago or an hour ago. Such an experience is fixed in the neural network, and every time a person finds himself in a similar situation, these neural networks are activated and the person behaves like a "programmed" one. A person can begin to avoid similar situations, a negative scenario is formed, a person's opinion of himself. A person can be aware of non-constructive behavior, but nothing can change. The DMO approach allows you to relive negative experience, as a result, new alternative neural networks are built, on their basis new behavioral patterns and new attitudes are formed. Based on the properties of brain neuroplasticity. Working out a negative experience with the tools of the DMO-approach already within 10-15 minutes leads to the optimization of the state and the creation of a new pattern, a new neural chain that meets the constructive experience of this experience and similar ones. It doesn't matter for the brain that the event happens in reality or in our imagination. The data is confirmed by scientific research.
