Recently, more and more of my clients began to complain of insomnia. Of course, I sighed sympathetically and advised me to drink milk and honey before bed. Rather, she advised out of politeness, since she no longer knew what to say. But the inquisitiveness of the mind and a couple of sleepless nights gave the result, which I share with you.
Computer technology was created by analogy with the human brain. How does he work? An electrochemical impulse "slips" between two points, nerve cells. This is the "zero-one" coding system, which was taken as the basis for the "0-1" programming language. Our brain is a computer much more advanced than the most modern computer!
Everyone knows that if a computer does not have enough RAM, it starts to freeze and glitch. As a rule, we upgrade it. Our mind can also "freeze" if during the day we started a lot of things and they hung open, like windows and files on a computer.
The person goes to sleep, and the computer - the mind - works in "standby mode". Sometimes we close the laptop, it kind of turned off, and the programs continue to run. The same thing happens with a person. If he has open files - actions have been started during the day, then even when he goes to bed, the “computer” continues to process them, trying “at least not to forget them.
A sort of “Unfinished Gestalt” of the day. Imagine that hundreds of them have accumulated in a year and thousands in a lifetime. They must either be completed (completed), or closed (make a decision that I will not do this and forget about them safely without feeling guilty).
And now let's move on directly to the actions.
1. If you woke up in the middle of the night, it makes sense to get up, take a paper and write out everything that is in your head now. This could be the material for your future book.
2. Before going to bed, it is useful to make an excursion into the future. You can use a diary: sum up the results of the day and write out all your tasks for tomorrow (for the brave - for a week, for a month, for a year, for 5 years, for 20 years).
3. During the day, even and especially now, in quarantine, write down ideas in the planner. Try not to write on scattered pieces of paper that you might accidentally throw away.
4. Gather the information you wrote down during the day and organize it.
5. Suddenly. Start writing a book. A book is about writing out unfinished cycles. A person talks about his life, remembers, lives it anew. Even if he writes about the life of a fictional character with a fictional plot, this is necessarily about something in his life.
6. Keep a journal. This is also a way to close your loops. Intelligent and successful people kept diaries - they sat down at the table in the evening and described the past day. Remember, at all times, during periods of crises and wars, paper and a pen or pencil were especially appreciated - what to write on and what to write on. Not for nothing, right?
7. Closing your eyes, start thanking life for what your day was filled with and for the opportunities that it will give you tomorrow.
Good night and sweet dreams.

Three Faces Of Insomnia
If you have spent at least one sleepless night in your life and have fallen into the trap of a sophisticated mechanism of unsuccessful attempts to sleep, then you already know for sure that the more you try to sleep, the more awake you are. If we exclude the presence of some organic diseases:
Borders, Female Insomnia And Male Jealousy
Borders are a very important part of our life. Boundaries are formed if a person is clearly aware of his desires, knows what to do, what to eat, how to dress, and so on. If he can defend his desires, which means saying "no", being uncomfortable for others, withstanding someone else's discontent.
TO COPE WITH INSOMNIA
From psychological methods: think about what things were not completed in a day: maybe something was not told to someone or an important call was not made; forgot to do something, but remembered at night, did not finish eating during dinner.
