Self-therapy exists as a form of therapy. But not apart from the therapy itself.
So self-therapy won't work for me?
Self-therapy in itself does not exist, despite the fact that there are a lot of techniques for self-directed therapeutic work.

- Dialogue and monologue techniques.
- Therapeutic letters and diary forms.
- Self-induced trance and meditation.
- Street experiments in communication.
All of them are designed to alleviate your condition, improve your mood and free your psyche from pain. Allows you to get a new emotional experience.
