One of the most painful performance problems is creativity.
Many sincerely consider themselves gifted and creative, but the last time they did something creative was in kindergarten, when they made Easter cakes from plasticine.
Many, on the contrary, have given up on themselves and consider their past hobbies for music and poetry as teenage bad habits that only interfere with earning money.
Many are in an almost addictive dependence on bouts of inspiration and, with the stubbornness of a maniac, wait for the Muse, postponing things that require a creative mood.
And only harsh psychiatrists believe that "creativity is a schizoid sign", and therefore readily admit their lack of talent: "I am normal, therefore I do not indulge in any creativity.":)
Many people are attached to the feeling of inspiration, just as teenagers are attached to the dizzy feeling of being in love. Creative personalities often become dependent on the experienced sense of courage, when the work argues on its own, without effort and boredom, with enthusiasm and excitement.
Having experienced a fit of inspiration once, it can be difficult to get down to work, since any actions outside the flow begin to seem like a routine and a duty. It can be difficult to exert will (and inspiration allows you to do anything without effort). Thus, having fallen into dependence on inspiration, people tend to postpone work, procrastinate in anticipation of the moment when that magical state of creative upsurge will arise by itself.
Post illustration - portrait of the creative part my subconscious (the subpersonality responsible for creative inspiration).
Using the methods of art therapy, I, together with the client, create parts of his unconscious, the so-called subpersonalities.
Subpersonality is a metaphorical designation for the individual parts of our self that are responsible for automatic behavioral responses, patterns and scripts. For example, the subpersonality of the Driver is responsible for the skills of automatic driving of a car, which allows unloading the mind for listening to audio books or talking with a fellow traveler.
But the Driver is a simple program, a set of motor skills, and there are complex subpersonalities, for example, the Critic-pessimist. This part of our personality constantly fixes attention on our mistakes, undermines self-confidence, sabotages attempts to get out of our comfort zone.
When we create a portrait of our subpersonality, we have the opportunity to establish contact with this part of our personality, to find out its ulterior motives, to enter into diplomatic negotiations. For example, you can agree with the inner Critic so that his comments do not cause feelings of guilt and powerlessness, but, on the contrary, stimulate development, move on, without stepping on the same rake
Portrait of the creative part- the most popular request when working with subpersonalities.. Meditation on such a portrait allows you to tune in to a creative wave and enter a state of creative flow, without waiting for the coming of the Muse.
Thus, we have a "magic button" with which you can start creating at will, at any convenient time. It often happens that creative people do not sleep all night, because they are afraid that the inspiration will go away and never return. Having learned how to turn on such a state, you will not be afraid to lose it or spill it out.
The skill of attunement with our creative part gives rise to the confidence that the realization of creative potential depends entirely on us, that we can mobilize creative activity and our inspiration of our own free will and do not depend on the accidents and whims of the Muse.
Anyone who is interested - write in a personal, help to create a portrait of your creative part!

I'm Still Waiting, But No Longer Suffering Or A Way Out Of Codependency
You know, my soul finally became calm. This feeling is like the mirror surface of a deep lake. There are no more stormy impulses of anxiety, cold rain of disappointment, icy fear and searing rage. Did I stop loving you? No. For a year now, I have been thinking about you every day, it is important for me that everything is fine with you - the business develops, the trainings make you happy … And the thought that you may have another one is not pleasant to me.
Life Goes On, And I'm Still Waiting
Much inspiring has been written about how to live well and not expect! You don't expect - you don't build illusions, you don't build illusions - you don't get disappointed and don't suffer from it. You see people as they are, you are not fascinated, you are not deceived, you create real and lasting relationships.
"You Are Free! He's Waiting For You!" Metaphorical Analysis From The Classics
Dear readers, do you remember the piercing passage from Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov's book “The Master and Margarita”, when the Master, finishing his long-suffering novel, with a feeling of spiritual relief shouts out the following: “You are free
Waiting For A Kind Wizard. Without Responsibility For Yourself
The only thing that distinguishes an adult from a child is the ability to take responsibility. As long as you deep down believe that there is a big, kind, omnipotent being - mom, dad, husband, wife, universe or God, who will settle everything for you - psychologically you are a child, no matter how old you are.
One Day. When You Stop Waiting Altogether
One day he will come. It will be completely unexpected, and probably at this moment you will already stop waiting. You will be happy. It's just that by that time you will have learned to be happy alone. Surely he will seem very strange to you, because he will not want to hurt you, but will protect your feelings, because your opinion, your desires and what gift you want to receive for your birthday will become important to him.
