A weak personality will always want guarantees, stability, confidence in the future. She will be scared to meet with any changes, unforeseen circumstances and everything that disrupts the usual world. Such people get stuck at work, in relationships, fall into wild addictions, because God forbid they will be fired or abandoned, they will die right there. After all, they are so weak inside and not sure of themselves that they do not have the strength to find a new job or a new relationship.

Therefore, they often suffer, sit in sacrifice, sob and cry, what scoundrels are all around, do not respect their agreements, do not carry them in their arms, and in general the world is cruel, men are goats, the government does not think about anyone and it's time to blame. They all want to find a place where there will be something or someone who will guarantee them stability and tranquility. There will always be work, the partner will not change and will love forever (even if at the same time it takes out his brain), and in general there is one continuous certainty and guarantees of eternal happiness.

I am currently working on several topics: the psychology of a creative person, namely, his success in realizing his inherent abilities, financial success and success in relationships. And in each of these topics, one common denominator appears - this is some kind of fundamental personality core, which is the basis for success in all these areas.

This core consists of many qualities:

proactivity - this is the ability to see oneself as the cause of events and not shift responsibility to others; internal stability and resilience - it is resistance to unforeseen and unexpected obstacles, as well as the ability to withstand blows; anti-egocentrism - the ability to go beyond oneself and see another, to take his place, as well as the ability to maintain a balance between taking and giving; clear understanding of their boundaries, and willpower.

In general, this is all a kind of psychological adulthood as opposed to infantilism.

All this (for me now, in my subjective opinion) helps a person to be successfully realized. There is no one hundred percent scheme, so far only sketches. But I will actively develop it further.

In this article I will write about how this core helps in the financial sector.

The amount of money that comes to a person is related to the scale of his personality. The more responsibility and obligations a person can take on, the greater the flow of energy and money will pass through him

If you ask all poor and unhappy people if they can take responsibility, the answer is usually no. Rather, they will begin to say that "Yes", but in fact it is not. They avoid obligations, want to be smaller, so long as they are not touched and not noticed, they take not difficult, but simple work, where you do not need to strain, where no one will ask again. Just not to communicate with people, not to negotiate, not to become bigger and more professional. They want and at the same time are afraid of money. This is what they really need, but they do not know how to approach them.

And if a person wants to earn more money, then he must start not with Feng Shui and not with mantras, but with himself. Try to make more commitments and grow your ability to be accountable. And those people who avoid it will be forever without money.

How many stories about suddenly rich people who got drunk and fell to the social bottom after spending all their money. This is because they do not know what it is, how to handle it and how to multiply it.

The same poor people, when someone tells them that their services cost money, they are terrified, they are afraid to pay for someone else's services, they are afraid to give money, they think that others are getting drunk asking for services (and not for material goods). And so they just can't ask for money for their services. They are scared, they say that everyone around is the same greedy. Although in reality they project (that is, they judge by themselves). Of course, you could say that rich people are greedy and thrifty and don't spend money. But at the same time they buy expensive goods, groom themselves, do not save on health, food, etc. That is, they still know how to give large sums. There are unique people, very exceptions, but in ordinary practice the rich spend a lot of money and get a lot too.

The other day they wrote to me that people are not ready to pay for information and services, and therefore no matter how much they admire what you do, you may not get money. And this is an example of a person who will not make money for a long time. Because no one argues that there are those who are not ready. But there are also those who pay a lot and regularly. And in order to meet such people, one must not whine or complain, but go out into the world, do active actions. This is what distinguishes successful entrepreneurs from unsuccessful ones. The former do not give up and are active, while the latter are waiting for everything to work out by itself.

In the monetary sphere, everything is interconnected.

If a person is ready to give, then he is definitely ready to receive. People who have little money, therefore, have little, because they are afraid to give an extra penny. They clamp down on their earnings, they think that any ruble spent will never return in their lives. And thus they deprive themselves of opportunities. They measure everyone according to their own standard of greed and will always screw up to the last, bargain, save, then pay twice as much, because the miser pays twice, etc.

Recently I observed the situation. A man in the uniform of a serviceman entered the elevator where I was traveling and spoke to someone on the phone. At some point, he said: β€œIt's cool you paid this grandmother for a hundred rubles,” he laughed and continued the conversation. And I saw it and realized that the ceiling of this serviceman was some thousand hryvnia. Because people who are happy that they squeezed out, saved, stole such small amounts of money, will sit on these pennies all their lives.

There are a lot of questions that will show you the degree of readiness for money.

Therefore, those who complain about small earnings should first of all look at themselves and ask themselves the question - what is the scale of my personality?

Can I take on more responsibility?

Can I bear and fulfill obligations?

Can I give money to others?

Am I saving on pennies and trying to snatch little things?

Am I afraid that if I give this money away, others will never come to me?

There are a lot of questions that will show you the degree of readiness for money.

In my work, I came across different people. Many unsuccessful sales managers are unsuccessful precisely because they are afraid of people, money, work hard, they are afraid to say "No", not to ask for a discount, and so on. That is, the topic of money, strength, confidence and all that is impenetrable darkness for them. In all this chaos, it is very difficult to live in abundance.

With all this, there are many limiting beliefs, like money is evil, wanting money is a shame, money is obtained by hard work. This also affects the availability of money.

Therefore, if we talk about what needs to be done in order to earn money, then it is first of all to take care of yourself. If it so happened that you now have no money, it is not because the state, people, circumstances and all that. This is because you yourself are developed for exactly this amount of money.

All that we have is just a reflection of our personality, a consequence of our skills, abilities and inner qualities

It makes no sense to set a goal to earn the N-th amount of money. You have to look at yourself and set a goal to become a more confident, strong personality, pump yourself from the inside, and do a lot of other things that are not connected with rituals and magic of Feng Shui, but with stupid and banal psychology. Grow up inside yourself, take responsibility, make decisions and all that.

When you become such a person, you will already be cramped in the monetary framework that was before, and you will begin to see those opportunities that you were afraid to see before. And they were afraid to see them because they thought that you would not pull, that it was scary, that it was dangerous, that they would criticize, or that they would demand results, and stuff like that.

If a person has a large scale, he will always find where to make money, if only because he will not be afraid to climb the career ladder, not be afraid to sell and buy, negotiate with people, do business and all that.

Money is just a consequence. When they say "If you are so smart, why are you so poor" they forget (or do not know) that it is not the mind that determines the amount of money, but the personal inner core. And smart, but downtrodden people have almost no such core.

Since this core is the basis for success in any area, I set myself the task of internally pumping. And this is the main goal. And not some external parameters. The external always corresponds to the internal. And if inside I am strong, collected, stable, then everything outside will be the same. I devote a lot of time to this goal every day. The work is not easy. We have to keep track of where I get discouraged, where I start feeling sorry for myself or get upset, where I want to move out and get out of my work, where I do hack, where I get greedy. And every time I make an amendment and say that first you just need to track it down in yourself, and then you can change it to new models.

In general, rock yourself. This is the only way to be realized in this life and get what you want. Because you are the only thing that you can definitely influence
