FEAR

Emotions rule a person, every day depends on who is inside of me, today I woke up and started my day. To be led by your own feelings and emotions is the unconscious reality of "homosapians".

What is emotion is a certain state of a person that grows from within the personality and is broadcast outside, or not broadcast.

Together with the emergence of this or that emotion, we put on a certain image, through the prism of which we are perceived in the day. Our emotions have many shades and tastes, which means that we are many-sided in our life manifestation.

A person without emotion is empty. A bouquet of various emotional states harmoniously collected in each one helps to be yourself, to be an individual.

In all this emotional and sensual beauty, there is a little BUT - a sense of proportion, a golden mean, common sense. Emotional extremes speak of sticking to a particular emotional state. This is when an emotion from a shade of mood turns into the color of life, with all the ensuing circumstances.

Positive emotions, everything is clear with them, they bring bright colors, good people, mood to our day, and even to life.

I would like to bring some clarity to the situation with negative emotions, whether they are really destructive.

It will be about the "Magnificent six emotional states of destroyers": fear, anger, resentment, guilt, envy, pity.

FEAR, as a basic instinct of self-preservation, inherent in us by Mother Nature, helps us not to plunge into who knows where and what is not clear, to maintain physical and mental health.

A healthy fear is a kind of personal brakes inside.

Let's not forget that emotional states work both within us and in external space, transmitting us to other people.

What are we in FEAR, what does he do within us, how does he broadcast for other loved ones, acquaintances, strangers?

We have already mentioned about a healthy share of fear in the psychoemotional structure of a person; basic healthy fear is a guarantee of our safety. Outwardly, it looks like caution, thoughtfulness, taking care of yourself and others. Internally, we can feel anxiety, doubts, the need for support, care.

What happens to us in extreme manifestations of fear, when it fills more of our inner psychological world, grows from a basic instinct into a total controller. In a state of constant fear for ourselves, for those around us, We are on a safe territory, but thereby we deprive ourselves of new opportunities, fresh experience, bright events, changes for the better, because this is all unknown, which means it is not safe.

Outwardly, such fear manifests itself in different ways, someone becomes a home recluse, someone stops developing in their professional, personal life, someone turns into a social victim, someone torments their loved ones with their hyper-care. Such a number of social roles formed from the psychological excesses of fear can be continued and continued.

What happens inside us when fear drowns other emotions and feelings in its streams? A state of helplessness, self-doubt, pathological anxiety, panic, doubts, doubts, doubts.

Fear can magnetise situations that help it break out from the depths of our subconscious. What happens to us is what we fear the most. Why is that?

Cooking fear inside oneself, hiding it in the back streets is harmful to health, the longer the period of exposure to fear, the more difficult it is for the body to cope with it at the physiological level. This means that you need to let go, survive, cope with it. On an unconscious level, we begin to look for meetings with the cause of fear, to create, to attract appropriate situations. The best way to stop being afraid is to face your fear. Our body knows this and follows this path without asking our consent. And here, it's time for Us to consciously engage in managing our emotions and feelings, to start consciously working on a monster named FEAR.

Without our conscious help, an unconscious struggle with fear can drive us into a cycle of repetitive events, with a constant increase in the force of influence, this very cause of fear, on the psyche and physiology. The principle works, if the force of influence of causal circumstances on our fear is not enough to cope with it, then the next time the force of influence must be doubled. On the other hand, we must take into account that with an unsuccessful attempt to overcome our fear, its amount within us also increases. What happens is endless running in a circle until fear finally exhausts and forces you to consciously engage in work with emotions.

How to help yourself overcome fear. There are many techniques that work well and, if desired, can be easily dealt with on their own.

To look fear in the eye, to recognize and accept it is the first and most difficult step, then it needs to be allowed to go outside, so as not to be injured by the real causes of fear, it can be written, drawn, dazzled, generally given a physical form, and then symbolically destroy, burn, paint, tear. There are many such ways for everyone, he is his own, listen to yourself, the main thing is to consciously understand what and why you are doing, find your own version.

You can talk with fear, such a dialogue with your Inner Self. For such a conversation, find a secluded place where they will not bother, try to relax, if you know how to meditate, go into a meditative state, call your fear, see how it looks, talk to it (questions you can prepare in advance), ask why he lives with you, what he wants in exchange for your release, interact with him as you want and feel, then thank him for the lessons and let him go. After such inner work, it is very good to give fear a material form and transform it.

In more complex, neglected situations, when it is impossible to cope without the help of a professional, we take a course to a psychologist's office.
