When a person wants something, and does not strive to make movements in this direction. When dreams seem to be there, as well as desires, ambitions, aspirations. But for some reason there is no movement in the right direction.
And in general, there is no movement. A person lies to himself, meditates and thinks that I will read 10 books on personal development, go through a couple of trainings, change my thinking, and then it somehow by itself - easily, quickly and effortlessly.
I'm exaggerating a little, of course. But anything can happen.
Personal growth trainings teach how important it is to set goals correctly, how to identify transformative beliefs and transform them into supportive ones, how to find resources and increase motivation, how to remove internal contradictions, etc.
And all this is very necessary and very important. But! Setting goals correctly makes achieving goals easier. Doesn't reach the goal for you or for you. The same goes for other methods of working on yourself.
If I decide to learn to swim, then I need to find a swimming coach, make a reference to the pool, buy swimming goggles, and most importantly, practice. And if I want to reach a certain level in my English or Chinese, then I need to study. Regularly. Well, and so on.
There is such magic - magic of action. Action is the result. Even if the action turned out to be wrong, you get feedback. And based on this feedback, you better understand what to do next.
And yet, every success, every result, has its own "price". Effort, time, attention, money that needs to be spent to make something happen. If something is a pity for effort, time, attention, money - then maybe it is not needed at all?
In general, each desire or goal, very conditionally, can be divided into two parts: the result and the process of achievement. That is, what I get when the goal is achieved (result) and what I need to do to achieve (process). And integrity, in my understanding, begins where there is inner agreement with both the first and the second.
When you want to learn to swim and there is an inner agreement that you need to spend time on it. And with cold water in the pool there is agreement, and with the smell of bleach, and with the fact that you will have to get up earlier in the morning, and so on. When you want to become a freelancer and there is an internal agreement that earnings may be unstable at first. Submit yours.
But when there is no such inner consent, then some kind of eternal expectation of a freebie turns out.
When a person wants to be slim, but eat less or play sports somehow in no hurry.
When you seem to want money, and life is beautiful, and rest in the Maldives, but for some reason a person is not eager to go to earn money for this beautiful life.
Dreams in this case can be grandiose. At the same time, they are divorced from reality.
If it seems that I will change something in my thinking, and then everything will become easy and simple. Well, as long as it is not easy and not easy for me, I will not do anything. I will wait for the meditation to work (alignment, new beliefs, something else there).
It only seems to be.
Because many things, when you do them for the first time, but out of habit, cause discomfort. And mistakes happen when you start doing something new. And it doesn't work right away. What can you do. And here you lie on your couch and indulge yourself with the illusion that you can do it without discomfort, without mistakes.
If it seems that somewhere out there, right around the corner, or on the TV screen, there are people to whom everything comes easily and simply.
It also only seems to be.
In this case, it is very likely that there is a total devaluation of other people's efforts. One sees only what is, and does not at all see what was done in order for it to be. And then, of course, it's hard to get off the couch and start doing something. After all, it's easy for them, why should I strain? It's unfair somehow. It's easier then to take offense at the world and do nothing. Or wait for meditation, constellation, technique to work. Well, to make it easy and simple too.
You can wait a long time. Action magic acts only on those who act:)

At thirty-four, I didn't really think about how much I would manage in life. Because 34 * 2 = 68, and seventy is still far away. And here is 35 * 2 = 70. And then all sorts of thoughts like "half a life lived", "time has begun to decline"
