Who in childhood and even in adulthood has not read "Harmful Advice" by Grigory Oster? I think that the majority did read it. And they laughed. And now they remember not only to laugh, but are also often used in work - as some funny examples of paradoxes or exaggeration or something else - it all depends on the goals of the specialist.
So I hear more and more often from colleagues mentioning these harmful advice. And somehow by itself the idea came to my mind to write such harmful advice for us - psychologists. Well, since it so happened that I am a psychodramatist, and I know this "kitchen" best of all from the inside, naturally harmful advice came out for psychodramatists: more, of course, for students and those preparing for certification, but also for those already working and regularly, for example, attending group supervision - for everyone who, in one way or another, makes dramas in various groups with colleagues.
Friends, I hope these bad advice will amuse you from the bottom of the heart) Enjoy reading))
HARMFUL ADVICE FOR PSYCHODRAMATISTS
If the circle is called to work, Hide proudly behind your neighbor
And sit there quietly
So that they don't find you right away.
And when because of a neighbor
They will drag by the legs -
Break free and bite
Don't give up without a fight.
If they still get you, They will say - do warm-up -
You answer your nose up:
“The group doesn't need to warm up.
After all, while they were dragging me
By the legs - I struggled.
The group tried hard
And it's already warmed up."
If that doesn't help
And the protagonists will come out
Start thinking urgently
How to treat them all at once.
Suggest options
And as many versions as possible.
After all, you are definitely more competent
In what they themselves need.
Talk more
After all, the client definitely owes you
As detailed as possible
Tell EVERYTHING about yourself.
Well, if the client, the infection, Suddenly it starts to show -
Hack to death
This is right at the root.
After all, unnecessary movements
Only harm and enemy of calories
And the poor thing protagonist
So weak at all.
God forbid, director, To focus on your feelings.
What if your client is very angry?
He will blow everything to you!
Yes, and after every phrase
Lead into the mirror at once.
Mirror for awareness
And time will run.
Well, in sharing - keep quiet.
There is no need for you to be presented.
Everything you need for treatment
The group will do it itself.
So, you see, the work will take place
Let them not do something
But then you are definitely alive,
You can exhale - hurray)
