"Service station" Souls
Psychologists advise on how to raise children correctly. After all, one child grows into a confident and successful man, and the second - into an amorphous loser.
And what to do with adults who have already formed personal qualities.
With a positive environment and upbringing, self-esteem and self-worth, initiative and integrity flourish in a person's inner world.
And with the negative - thorns of toxic shame, eternal guilt, pain and humiliation. The person is suffocating in blocked energy and confused Identity. There is no human strength to withstand it - there is an escape from reality.
Addictions flourish in society: alcoholic, drug, gaming, computer, emotional from another person.
Who will take care of these people: doctors or law enforcement agencies, putting loose violators in the strict framework of the law?
Or maybe psychologists and psychotherapists?
A psychologist is often associated with a psychiatrist. This logic stops people from seeking help.
Although psychotherapy is also a hygiene of the soul. Why do I wash my teeth and body every day, but not my soul at all?
In medieval Europe, they washed themselves 2 times in life - at birth and death. They believed that it was necessary to deal only with the soul, and grooming the body was sinful.
In modern times, the opposite extreme - we wash every day, we smell fragrant. But there are few believers. And those who are concerned with their own soul are even less.
Psychotherapy helps to know yourself. Many are confused in their own personality and do not know themselves.
For example, his family liked Vasya as a cheerful extrovert-choleric. The boy wanted acceptance and love of loved ones, therefore, he learned to be the soul of the company. Only this role drains Vasily greatly - you can't sit on the twine all your life.
Psychotherapy frees one from complexes and addictions, destroys destructive introjects. It unites the disparate parts of the personality into a single whole and strengthens the inner core.
I'll tell you a parable: "A poor man lived on the bank of the river. For days he sat near a hut hungry. Once a kind man passed by. The poor man asked him for food. A generous man caught a fish in the river and gave it to him. The next day, history repeated itself. On the third day, a wise man instead of feeding the poor man, he taught him how to make a rod and catch fish."
Likewise, the therapist does not "feed" the client with smart advice, but helps in finding solutions to problems, based on the client's life experience.
There are situations in life when we do not act the way we want and suppress feelings. When a lot of such "unfinished situations" accumulates, this leads to a mental breakdown.
Gestalt therapy helps to cope with these situations and feelings. And then the energy is released for a full life in the present.
Maybe it's time to take care of your soul?

Why Children Are Not Recommended, And Teenagers Should Not Be Taken To Films With A Rating Of 18+ (for Example, "Kingsman: The Secret Service")
In February 2015, the film "Kingsman: The Secret Service" was released on Russian screens. I watched it in a full auditorium, noting the large number of couples who came to the session with children and teens, despite the 18+ rating, which implies that the film may contain episodes of extreme violence, profanity and explicit sex scenes.
"Magic Contact", Or Meeting Of Kindred Souls
“A meeting of two people is like a meeting of two chemical elements. The reaction may not happen, but if it does, both change. " (Unknown author) Walking through life, we meet different people: tall and small, thin and fat, beautiful and not very, complex and simple, - different.
STATION LIFE
STATION LIFE. Have you ever met people who are content with only little? Who could live happily and fully, but instead live waiting for the train? Who could enjoy delicious coffee on the platform, and instead just sit and wait. On a suitcase.
A Day Without A Player, Or Save Your Souls
Today I saw another unfortunate picture. A restless grandmother of 60-65 years old with her granddaughter of 8-10 years old sat in public transport and meticulously asked, or rather, interrogated the child about life at school. Along the way, the clever grandmother got her granddaughter either a glazed cheese, or a bun, or some other food, saying that "
Adjuster Of Human Souls
Working the last few sessions with my clients, I caught myself on a feeling that is probably typical of a grand piano tuner, although I never was. Every time I deal with a new person, or even with a new request from my old client, I experience a whole range of feelings:
