In his new film, Park - Hoon - John again explores the depths of the human soul - dark, aggressive, mystical, endowed with unique strength and patience.

Everything that unfolds in the film outside of morality, ethics and the assessment of "good-bad". This is the soul of a person, it is outside of templates, invisibly present in everyone. Even if a person was created in a laboratory, he still has human parents who gave him a home for his soul - a body.

Park - Hoon - John seems to enter the Field, systemic, human, global - and we see how the main character dearly loves her adoptive parents and how she slashes and kills dozens of people. We see how she has to pretend to be ordinary, to hide her uniqueness, but she is already using her power for revenge, which, as you know, is served cold. It is different, sometimes sympathetic, sometimes horrible, sometimes strong, sometimes weak, sometimes a victim, sometimes an aggressor.

What is our soul really? Pak - Hoon - John breaks the pattern about white wings and cherubs. The soul is multifaceted, at the same time contradictory and dangerous. It is important to be able to own your inner strength. It is important to be friends with yourself. It is important to look openly at your inner aggressor, as well as at your inner victim, and then instead of internal destruction, you can follow your goals and win. Especially if you are alone against a huge secret organization.

Parents (even if they are adoptive) know everything about their children. See right through them. And here it is important not to deceive yourself by plunging into illusions. The father figure is always resourceful (the most rejected and excluded figure in many family systems). The adoptive father of the Witch (one of the names of the heroine) sees her as she is, he is not in illusions about his child, he is connected with the truth - for him she is a killing, ruthless, loving and saving mother at the same time. He has no fear of his daughter, even when the blood of the people she killed is dripping from her hands, so he can open up to her, knowing that she too will withstand the truth about his true attitude towards her.

To respect in a person what is in him, to give place to everything that the soul of another is filled with. Indeed, in fact, we do not know what our soul is filled with and we simply do not give a lot of space inside ourselves, starting self-destruction and plunging into conflicts with the whole world around us.

The witch knows who she really is, for what tasks she lives and performs them. These tasks are not to their liking, by human standards, immoral and immoral. But the soul is being tested precisely for the task that it is important for it to accomplish. In this film, there are no philosophical reflections, metaphors and allegories, as in the previous ones ("The Great Tiger", "New World").

The witch is in full harmony with her inner essence of a gifted killer, she is in harmony with the energies that live in her, with the thoughts and decisions that she makes, she is in harmony with her soul. After all, a person becomes dangerous to others when he is not in agreement with who he is, when he is afraid of his own thoughts and feelings, when he wants to destroy himself, and as a result destroys everything around him - relationships, family, career, trust or country. The main character is NOT in a fight with herself, therefore, she is safe for the layman, her relatives, beloved friend and herself and is extremely dangerous for enemies.
