Very often you can hear people say that they are lazy and therefore they do not have time to do what is needed on time, things are postponed, it’s just too lazy to do something at all, or it’s impossible to do something because of this “stupid laziness” and etc. in the same spirit. I know firsthand that this is a painful topic for many. And for me it was a sore spot for a long time, until I figured out the essence of the issue.

I quite often see how, in most cases, few people really understand the essence of the issue and very often life's problems are blamed on "laziness". When you start to delve into in detail what a person means by laziness, it becomes clear that everything in your head is often mixed into one heap. For my part, I can see how people get confused in concepts, do not understand the essence of the phenomena, and that is why there was a desire to put things in order, share their vision of how things are and systematically decompose information on the shelves.

So let's understand in order what situations with "laziness" are in principle:

1 When you don't want anything, there is no desire to "want" … Desire is simply absent or very rare. Why is this happening?

Very often parents in childhood suppress and deform the child's motivation by ignoring his spontaneous aspirations in his endeavors, his desires and needs. Someone was beaten on the hands, someone was constantly told “no, bad, don’t climb, don’t touch” practically at their every action, thereby raising from a child an obedient slave with many prohibitions and social restrictions. And as a consequence of such negative upbringing, a lack of basic primary motivation is formed in adulthood. Such changes occur both at the level of the psyche (psychic energy ends) and at the level of physiology (those parts and areas of the brain that are responsible for the primary motivation, for the wish are de-energized.

In this case, it is necessary to make sure that those areas of the brain that are responsible for this primary motivation work, so that the psyche returns to the correct initial state, when everything is ok. So that the desire to set and achieve goals was natural, the motivation to do this was formed not only and not so much consciously, but from the depths of the soul and body. Then life will be pleasing and fulfilling.

2 When laziness sometimes rolls over, in certain cases - there are several options here. On the one hand, the psyche calculates the options and gives the result that it is not necessary to engage in the activity that a person wants to engage in (it is banal to waste resources or simply drain energy into nowhere) and the psyche simply "turns on laziness", because from its point of view, what it wants to engage in a person is irrational.

On the other hand, laziness can manifest itself as a disease of the mind. For some reason, from time to time, people think that “if they stop being lazy,” then everything will work out. But no matter how we would like, everything will not be solved by itself. Laziness is a habit of the mind, and over the years it grows deeply and firmly in your head.

People look only at the surface, at the consequences of laziness. Instead of looking deeply and seeing the causes of laziness, removing which the problem can be solved. And you will not need to force yourself, you will not need to torture yourself with discipline, force yourself to get up early in the morning, squeeze yourself into tough plans, do something through force. And at the same time, you can be super effective and get good results in money, business, sex, relationships and life in general, for this you need to work out the causes of laziness.

3 A person knows what he wants, understands how this can be realized, there are abilities and necessary skills, but for some reason he does not do this and merges the results … In this case, sabotage itself occurs.

The problem of sabotage itself is the problem of directing the focus of attention and energy (your forces are spent not on what is needed, but on distraction, doubts, internal contradictions, something that is happening in your head and your energy merges into this.

How do people usually solve this problem? Some try to force themselves to get together, strain and finally do something, take themselves weak, or think to start living on Monday and as a result burnout occurs and it only gets worse. You don't need to force yourself, you just need to release some of your energy and focus this released energy on what you need.

4 When there is a mess in the head, chaos in desires, plans and goals, desires are small and frail … In this case, you need to swing, that is, increase and structure your desires, goals and plans. Knowledge and ability to competently create and structure desires leads to a change in the level, quality and speed of your life. Your life follows your desires. But only if the mechanism of “desire” itself is built in the correct and suitable way for you.

There is no need to be afraid a lot and passionately desire and dream. In fact, by allowing yourself to dream and desire, you will receive much more than just a few additional fulfilled desires. If you have many desires, then your life itself becomes different. By giving free rein to your desires, you allow yourself to create a unique and desired reality. You become a happy person by regaining the ability to DREAM, DESIRE, and follow your dreams.

5 When there is simply no strength, there is not enough strength for almost anything - most likely, this manifestation of "laziness" is already based on a physiological foundation - problems with the body, for example, chronic fatigue syndrome. Which manifests itself as a constant feeling of fatigue and overwork, a breakdown that does not go away even after a long rest, weakness, apathy, fatigue after completing simple tasks. These are all signs of chronic fatigue. It is important to understand here that you do not need to force yourself to do something forcibly. And you need competent treatment. It is strange, but some do not notice and do not understand that the body is already depleted and, in principle, its energy reserves are running out, and laziness in this case is only the tip of the iceberg of the problem, it only works as a defense mechanism - whatever the person does not make it even worse.

Now, I hope, it has become clearer for you what laziness is and what are the options and characteristics of its manifestation, at least in the first approximation. You will already be able to figure out what is happening specifically in your situation and what actions need to be taken. But if you are not sure that you can deal with this issue.
