“And it’s the same for me…” - often the participants of my lectures say this phrase with a smile, relief and some surprise when others share their experience …
“Yes, and I feel that way (or I feel myself, or I know it)” - clients say with joy in their voice at individual consultations.
Or when people turn and shyly voice their difficulty or ask their question adding: "Most likely my question will seem very strange to you (or stupid, or abnormal)", and they hear that I often answer such questions, they are encouragedly surprised: "Really?"

WHY PSYCHOTHERAPY AND PERSONAL GROWTH ARE NOT ONE AND THE SAME?
What is the difference between the first and the second? In other words: if you want to become rich and successful, don't go to psychotherapy. A categorical statement, isn't it? But this is partly true. Why is that? Personal growth - from the word growth, involves the acquisition of some qualities to achieve efficiency.
It's A Shame And Scary Not To Be Perfect. Where Does This Fear And Shame Come From And How To Help Yourself
During the New Year holidays I had a desire to write a post about my impressions of the film "Hare over the Abyss". I began to write it. I wrote. I reread and notice that I am not happy with what is written. And then I went to the Kinopoisk website and read the reviews of other people about this film.
