All good! I propose the author's diagnostic exercise "Apple". It will require you to turn on your imagination and provide interesting information about your current state. Let's try?)
So, imagine an apple … the simplest, most common apple. Where do you see him? What is it like? Take your time, imagine everything to the smallest detail. Consider it carefully:
Is it whole?
How big is it?
How ripe is it?
What color is it?
Does he have a twig with a leaf?
Do you like it?
Are there any traces, damage on it. What's wrong with him?
Now describe this apple in detail. You can even sketch it.
INTERPRETATION:
Let's start with WHERE YOU SEE your Apple:
On the apple tree - you have strong enough ties with family and friends. But each fruit must sooner or later ripen and go on an independent journey, benefit people. Think, at what stage of readiness to make independent decisions you are now? Think about what you need to do for this….
On the table, on a plate, in a vase, on the floor, on the ground - think about where the apple is most right now, what sensations and emotions you get from the place in which you saw the apple.
On the counter of the store - perhaps you make decisions rationally and with maximum benefit for yourself.
If the apple is perfect in your opinion - congratulations! You are in harmony with your Soul and you are on the right Path. If it is "super-ideal", then questions arise about how ideal you yourself seem or plan to be in life.
If it has any flaws, but they seem to you quite normal and even attractive - great! You correctly understand the processes taking place in your life, and fully accept them.
If there is a twig (stick) on an apple - this can personify a connection with a tree, Rod … look, what is it? Did you pay attention to it immediately or did you notice it only later?
If a twig with a leaf - perhaps you have a gift, talent, peculiarity, abilities, prosperity, possibly transferred to you by kind from relatives. Look at this leaf, what is it? And draw a conclusion based on his condition.
If you see any other additional elements, think: what do they mean in your understanding?
Ripe Apple - you have an experienced, wise and mature Soul (and let everyone understand this proposal as it will be clearer and more pleasant to him).
Not ripe and ripe enough apple - you still go through lessons and gain experience. It is necessary to listen to yourself and understand what else needs to be done in order to reveal opportunities for the further development of you as a person, what abilities you can reveal in yourself in order to develop your potential.
If the apple is overripe - you are overwhelmed with knowledge, experience, prosperity, you have something to convey to others. Don't keep your knowledge to yourself. Share your wisdom, skill, experience with others.
If the apple is not whole, bitten off, think about who bit it off, who you allow to injure your Soul in this way.
If it is damaged by worms, remember what kind of wormholes are present in your Soul, what grievances and deep feelings are inside you.
If it has traces of bruises, scratches, spots on the skin - perhaps your environment is sometimes not very comfortable for you, there are difficulties in interacting with colleagues at work.
If there are more than one of your apples, think about which of them is now associated with your condition. Perhaps you are not quite sure who you are for the society.
Go ahead. Now let's take a look at WHAT QUALITIES does your apple have? Freshness, smell, size, aroma …
Color: red apple speaks of the prevailing active position of a person, green - about the ability to negotiate and cooperate, yellow - about the harmony of mental qualities.
Freshness can tell about the modernity of your outlook on life.
The size of the apple speaks to how you perceive yourself among others in terms of weight and significance.
The scent of an apple speaks of your self-perception and self-esteem. An unpleasant aroma can speak of hidden claims to yourself.
Finally - remember the THOUGHTS / motivating actions that arose WHEN PRESENTING the apple:
Eat, bite off - think about whether it happens to you that you want yourself (or someone) to “chew”, “bite”…. How often do you bite yourself?
Hide - the desire to feel a sense of safety and security.
WHAT'S NEXT?
If the apple has some damage or it is not whole, with flaws - try to imagine the ideal apple in your opinion. Draw this perfect, pretty, ripe apple next to the first drawing. Compare apples.
Reflect on what you need to work on now, with whom to establish the right spiritual relationship, what bold plans to implement in order to come to the image of the ideal "I" block.
Get creative with this task, reflect on what messages it carries for you. Don't forget to thank yourself for the work you've done!
Thanks to this practice, you will be able to see the important and meaningful moments for you today, in which direction to move and what else you need to work on.
