Greetings, dear friends! And I continue my declared course of practical exercises to improve marital relations. Today I will introduce you to another useful psychological exercise - "The Sacred Casket of Love." ************************************************* ******************************************* This task is designed to return partners to the most important moments of their joint history, emphasizing its invaluable significance and opening up an additional opportunity for spouses to express special gratitude to each other for the sacred moments of common, joint happiness. It happens that we keep in the piggy bank of marital relations numerous grievances, disappointments, discontent, and this is what we often present to each other in our communication. Thus, accumulating negative relationship capital. With my exercise, I encourage spouses to focus on the wonderful moments of life together, increasing the positive capital of the relationship. In addition, this exercise involves the acquisition of a symbolic family attribute (in the form of the Box of Love) and consolidation of the family tradition in the form of a monthly return to the exercise. Family attributes and family traditions contribute to the strengthening of marital relations - it is a well-known truth. ************************************************* ******************************************
Psychological task for matrimonial therapy - "The Sacred Casket of Love." 1. The spouses choose and establish a specific day of each month for the exercise. This day should be associated with a significant date for the spouses in their love story. 2. The exercise is carried out monthly, in the evening of the day appointed by the spouses. 3. Preparation for the exercise lasts a month, from the moment of the exercise to the next performance. 4. In addition to the set date, the preliminary preparation for the launch of the exercise presupposes the acquisition of an ATTRIBUTE that personifies the SACRED CHEST OF LOVE. 5. In preparation for the exercise, for a whole month, the spouses (separately from each other) in personified, mediated form (in the form of souvenirs, love notes, short quatrains, and so on) collect special moments of common history in their Sacred Casket. 6. In the evening of the previously set day, in a romantic atmosphere, the Sacred Casket is opened and each of the spouses takes it out and tells the other about his special, beautiful moment, captured in a special, symbolic form and brought into the Gift for another. The gift is presented to a spouse (or wife) with an expression of special gratitude for a moment of precious happiness. 7. All sacred Gifts are kept in the Box of Love as fulfilled, cherished moments of the unique story of two lovers, confirming, strengthening and accumulating the TREASURE OF LOVE.
