Working with family prescriptions. Create a HAPPY FAMILY PREPARATION TREE.
Our happiness or unhappiness is largely due to the prescriptions received (and learned) from our parents in childhood. In the early periods of personal maturation, the schemes prescribed by the parents are not questioned and are accepted unconditionally, thereby determining the future interaction of a given person with the world. Thus, a person appropriates and translates into the world unprocessed, and accepted introjects - life beliefs, messages, formulas. This also applies to our marital consistency, well-being, happiness.
In my exercise today, I suggest thinking about:
- according to what parental introjects have we largely carried out our marriage so far;
- what introjects prevent us from being happy, and what constructive prescriptions we could take for use (based on successfully executed generic family examples) as a consciously chosen tactical setting for a happy future.
Exercise "HAPPY FAMILY REGULATIONS TREE."
1. Create an attribute of the future family tree. (We find or do with our own hands the basis of the symbolic tree of prescriptions.)
2. Together with a partner, we analyze the main values that will make up the crown of our tree.
3. We find successfully executed generic examples of each chosen attitude. Let us analyze the reasons for the positive implementation of the attitude using specific examples. (How and why did this couple manage to fulfill this or that value message? What helped them? What contributed to the implementation of the happy prescription?)
4. Through conscious choice, we accept the chosen message in the field of conjugal realization. We assign this setting. We make it part of our tree.
5. Securing the message in the crown of the HAPPY FAMILY DOCTRINE TREE.
6. We form the rest of the crown from other, important for both partners, happy, value prescriptions. The crown of a tree can grow in the course of a married life, replenishing with new cherished prescriptions.
7. Install the HAPPY REGULATIONS TREE in a place of honor. Now it is the personification of our successful marriage, a symbol and talisman of FAMILY HAPPINESS.

Prescriptions And Converse Prescriptions
Each psychological system offers its own explanation for the development of psychopathology. We do not believe that other systems are wrong and we use what they offer. Freud's theory of sexual development, Eric Erickson's zonal-modal ego model, behaviorist learning theory, systems theories all explain child development and offer a range of therapeutic options.

In our marital relations, we (for one reason or another) often belittle, devalue the partner, thereby causing irreparable damage to both the partner and the relationship as a whole. By belittling the dignity and consistency of another person, we in an allegorical sense invalidate it, deprive it of mental and spiritual potency, and doom it to further blunders.
