What is important to know about psycho vampires?

They very well feel the injuries, wounds, weaknesses of others, and it is them that catch. They do this in order to weaken a person, and thereby compensate for their own deficiencies. Due to this, psychovampires feel their own worth.

It is important to note here that both psycho vampires and their victims do not have enough self-esteem. Their initial position is equal. Although often, victims admire their relative / friend / boss / colleague-psychovampire.

How psychovampires manifest themselves.

  • They do not accept contradictions. Man-despot, man-narcissist - that's about them. They feel indispensable, although from the outside, it seems that they are somewhat overestimating themselves. They are always difficult to please, and they interact so cleverly that they make people dependent on them.
  • Climb into other people's business. Their intention "I just want to help put things in order" becomes a problem for people. They will always come out dry from the water, leaving chaos in your life.
  • To any sentence they say "yes, but …". In fact, they do not want to take responsibility, make a decision and change something. They always have a reason why they cannot do something. And whatever you suggest, it won't suit them.
  • They always complain about how bad everything is. All the burdens of the world are on their shoulders. And everyone should be around them to help them.
  • A conservative approach to life. Their motto: "We have always done this …" Everything new is alien to them and they will push it out with all their might. They believe that they have already used all the best ideas.
  • With a cold heart. They manifest themselves in situations when, with an open sensual dialogue, instead of support, feedback, they declare that they have football, gym, manicure or some other business according to their plan. It is difficult for them to sensually support.
  • Ignored. Such people speak up, but do not listen to you. They cause devastation and the feeling in yourself that you are boring.
  • They constantly want to climb higher. Earn and achieve as much as possible, have everything as best as possible. They demand this from themselves and from others. Those who do it, psychovampires devalue their accomplishments. Those who do not succeed will be ignored. Such psycho vampires will always shift their dissatisfaction with themselves to others.
  • Excessive politeness. They, as a rule, do not want to be a burden, but in fact they become a burden. They constantly want to help by creating new problems.
  • Like The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. They look friendly and inconspicuous, but in fact they do the things they want and often are not entirely kind.
  • Shifting everything onto others. Their motto is “it’s not me”. Such people will avoid responsibility by any means. Everyone around is to blame for their circumstances and for everything that happens to them.
  • Expert in everything. They always know everything and are aware of everything. Although they really have no idea what this is about. “He's clever” is about them.

How to avoid influence?

  1. However difficult it may be, analyze yourself from both positions: I am a psycho vampire and I am a victim.
  2. Find and acknowledge your own vulnerabilities.
  3. Introspection, or analysis with a therapist, of vulnerabilities.
  4. Change of internal settings.
  5. Analysis of people with whom there is communication. After what situations it is felt that the outflow of energy has begun.
  6. Practice not being involved in such situations, realizing that at the moment the person needs to compensate for the gap in self-esteem. Don't let him use you.
