The magic secret of the power of habit

Many people believe, for example, it is difficult and unpleasant to go in for sports, only a select few can work effectively, it is very expensive to eat right, it is impossible to keep to a sleep schedule, and so on. And more often than not, these opinions are fictitious, these are limiting beliefs, as a rule, received in childhood or as a result of negative experiences.

People like to do what they are used to, do what they always do, while staying in their comfort zone.

What if you ask professional athletes if they like what they do? Although many of them have very rigid training schedules and are under superhuman stress, 99% of athletes will say that they like what they do, they enjoy it. The same is true for entrepreneurs, they simply cannot but do what they do, this is their way of life.

And being born, all people initially have practical equal opportunities …

Just remember yourself as a child. I am sure that you most likely liked to run, jump, played often, learned new things with curiosity. What happened? Why, against the background of upbringing, the environment and the entire environment around you, are you used to certain actions?

From personal experience, I can also say: until the age of 33, I did not understand the power of sports and thought that I would never do it. And one of the beautiful days, I decided to do a morning run. And you know, today I run almost every morning. Why? I just developed a new, healthy habit.

Until the age of 16, I believed that I had to force myself to work, and having received my first experience in entrepreneurial activity, I realized that you can enjoy what you do … Today, I miss work without work, I see energy, strength and great interest in it!

Until I was 30, I thought that I was not ready for a serious relationship, for a family, I was not ready to be a father. Developing and rethinking my life experience, I changed my values. Today I am a father and a husband, and I am glad about it. Building competent relationships is also a habit …

The fact is that our life consists of a series of decisions we have made. Think about what solutions you are implementing?

What if laziness doesn't exist! There is only your decision to choose to do what is most important to you. What are your priorities for yourself? Deciding to watch another series? Eat another sandwich or cake? The decision not to do what you wanted to do for a long time?

What habits do you develop in yourself?

What habits do you have?

What should you add to your life to develop the habit of living happily?

Remember the proverb: "Sow an act - reap a habit, sow a habit - reap character, sow character - reap destiny"

Perhaps there is something to think about …
