Do you know, dear friends, how difficult it turns out to understand yourself?:)

That is, on the one hand, it would seem, what is easier ??

This is not some kind of complex science like physics or mathematics. Which, indeed, may not be available to everyone.

And yourself? After all, what is closer, dearer and more accessible to us than ourselves?

But after all, nevertheless …

After all, "I want to understand what I want" is not a rare request.

Well, who knows better than you what you want ??

But, you see, the question arises.

And as soon as people explain their own actions to themselves!

And how they are sometimes dissatisfied with these very actions of theirs …

And how do they want to change something, but what? - here's the catch.

Because these abstract "something that you want to change" run up against the fact that life consists of little things, and little things, as it turns out, are the most difficult to change!

Because you want to change something "in general" for an abstract one like "so that everything is beautiful and successful." And concrete small actions are not.

Strange, isn't it?

And it's not even strange at all.

After all, those of our small actions that we do, often without even thinking, are our deeply ingrained habits.

These habits of ours are so natural for us, so organic, that for us it is a matter of course.

Well, for example, the keys to the apartment are put on this shelf. On the machine.

Shoes are put here, and the bag is here. Or, without looking, it will throw itself where it has to, and something from it spills out onto the floor.

The variations are countless!

And all these innumerable little things - seemingly completely insignificant - all together line up in a certain personal style of behavior.

And this style of behavior determines how our life develops

Rather, how we add it.

Of course, we usually do not attach importance to trifles.

Even because we don't even notice many of these little things!

Well, for example, at lunchtime, reading this can be a common normal thing.

And if you think about it?

What did you eat and how much? - yes, somehow. Most importantly, they chewed and seemed to be full.

Enjoyment from every bite? What other pleasure? My head was busy reading:)

It would seem that this is nonsense.

And this is nonsense. And this.

Well, maybe it's nonsense. And to pull up some deep justifications for this, maybe it is superfluous.

Yes, only when you want to change something in your life, you have to accept that you will have to change a lot.

It is from the little things.

Kind of completely irrelevant.

Which do not affect the "house on the Cote d'Azur".:))

Of course, there is no clear algorithm that determines which habits need to be modified and which ones to develop "from scratch" in order to get a "house on the Cote d'Azur" does not exist.:)

But there is a reason to start at least with the awareness of what exactly we are doing - in little things.

Here's a step by step.

It is useful, by the way, to develop the habit of verbalizing your actions.

First out loud, but as you get used to it, you can also silently. But in words.

That is, to begin to be aware of your life - as it is.

That's right directly, as they call it, here and now.

Because right now life goes on!

Right now we are doing it!

Awareness, by the way, can directly suggest what exactly makes sense to do differently - right now!

And, for example, this piece of food is no longer to be eaten, because it is superfluous.:) This is me, friends, just kidding:)

The fact is that when we speak and are aware of our actions, we focus the work of our brain on our actions.

And the brain can give us very valuable clues!

It makes sense to use this. This is our powerful resource!

Well, if it's not working out very well, then you can ask a psychologist for help. It's easier to figure it out together.

It's not for nothing that people say that "one head is good, but two is better!".:)

Well, in general, the topic, as always, is endless, my dear readers.:)

I stop by an effort of will.:))
