I very often hear that our world is full of vanity and materialism. People have forgotten how to rejoice, to rejoice just like that, for no reason and with him. Sometimes there is not enough sincerity in expressing feelings, sometimes just time. What prevents you from just looking at the clear blue sky, at the pretentious shape of the clouds, at the first snowflakes, at the first buds, at the sun and just smiling? It's so nice to meet the dawn, to breathe in the cool morning air through the open window. What prevents to stop in the middle of the street to look at the sky and smile at the sunbeam?

Maybe just no time? Or is there no desire? Even in moments of rest, a person is “on the alert” all the time, “works for himself” all the time. Maybe people have forgotten how to believe people? We have forgotten how to please each other and rejoice for each other, say good things, sympathize, and sincerely love. Strict moral principles, fear of condemnation suppress natural human emotions in us. The constant pace of our life kills in us the desire to sincerely rejoice, to love ourselves and those around us. We, like machines, systematically go to material wealth, completely forgetting about ourselves. The lifestyle of a modern person leads to chronic stress, neuroses and prolonged depression. But it is enough to love yourself and the world around you.

And just a couple of gentle words - and we just melt, purity and openness are perceived as something incredible. Isn't it true?

Remember when we were children, we rejoiced, smiled, jumped with happiness, why is it so difficult for us to do this now? Why are smiles more often faked, why do we not smile at passers-by, why have we stopped doing unpredictable actions?

Maybe we, adults, take an example from our children?

How tempting! Just think about it! Each dawn for a child opens a new world full of impressions and events. Children are able to discern even the smallest details in things. Children rejoice for any reason, be it a butterfly fluttering over a flower or lightning in the sky (scary, but terribly interesting!). See how children enjoy any weather, whether it is snow or rain. They are able to let all kinds of emotions pass through them. No wonder our grandmothers used to say: "She is happy like a child." And the sincerity and curiosity of children has no analogues.

Children's ability to be themselves should be instruction for adults. If we, adults, were to establish a similar model for ourselves, life would take on a different meaning.

Try to wake up with happiness in mind. On the way to work, admire the white clouds in the sky or a spider weaving its web in a corner. Pamper yourself during the day with something pleasant, rest when you need it and your business will not run away from you. So let's more often admire nature, admire beauty, smile at children, love people, and then the joy of life will surely return to us, and with it - health and longevity!

Love yourself and the world around you, as children do!
