Very unusual people live on the planet. At first glance, they are full of contradictions, various inconsistencies, and in general, they seem to have some kind of super-abilities. Because they are able to stay up late and wake up early, while managing to radiate cheerfulness and almost inexhaustible optimism from the very morning. Because while you are desperately trying to gracefully scrape yourself off the pillow and pretend to be a shameful hint of parkour, they manage to make breakfast, put themselves (and sometimes you …) in order, without leaving after these actions the impression of a tornado sweeping through the apartment.
They often have some kind of a third all-seeing eye, because almost always (paradox) they turn out to be right where you, until hoarse in your voice, proved back. Fortunately, not always. And even when you are not at all 11 years old, and not even 15, and even more so not 25, they remain true to themselves until victorious, believing that "mama know best!" Of course, we are talking about moms. These amazing cheerful women who are first fiddling with our diapers, diapers and laces, then with diaries, student books, and then hearing about negligent bosses and strange colleagues.
They will give odds to any Buddhist monk in patience and endurance when it comes to explaining the ridiculous rules of mathematics, but quickly boil at the sight of things scattered around the room (for some reason). Without blinking an eye and not moving a single muscle on their face, they will explain to the teacher at school how she is wrong, but you will hear all the unspoken thoughts at home - and God forbid you to enter into a discussion.
They always give us the best and most delicious. Just to see a happy child's (and sometimes already an adult) smile. They sometimes write it out on the first number, desperately tormented by remorse afterwards - haven't they gone too far. It is mothers who reluctantly allow them to make such necessary mistakes in life and make wrong decisions, realizing that without this there is nothing.
It was my mother who taught us not just to live according to the laws of the universe or school and university, but to listen to ourselves and ourselves - to understand. She tried to be a reflection of all your feelings and experiences, giving them names and titles. She wanted to remain your friend even when it was not fashionable for you. It was she who did everything in her power for your comfort, trying to make your life path as clear as possible. Of course, mothers are different. Someone managed to bring their plans to life more, someone less. But that she wanted to give only the best - no doubt about it. I just did it the way I could.
I have always believed that mom is one of the most important people in life. Even if you quarreled to the point of hoarseness, even if she was almost never there in difficult times. Even if she died early (and they always leave too early …). Even if it was not there at all, it remains the most important thing, to which you always return mentally (whether joyfully, sadly, with gratitude, resentment or anger - but you return).
Mothers are … mothers. Stay. As long as possible.
