Early development groups are a product that the market offers. They are, it is a fact. How to eat milk in the store. And the way of dealing with them should be exactly the same as with the product: I clearly understand why I am going to buy it. What do I buy by giving my child to the circle? Buy for myself or for a child?
(Is it possible the development of fine motor skills?.. How did you determine that it is not developed? What will not develop by itself? And what will happen if it doesn’t develop? Well, is it true?.. Is it really hryvnia per hour better than dipping fingers in pancake dough?)
I have a completely neutral attitude towards early development groups. Just like any other product: when I need it, I will buy it. But I will know exactly why. You don’t go three times a week to buy oil just because it’s on the market, do you? You buy oil when you need it for something. It is the same with the circles.
Why am I taking my child to a development group? What am I buying?
- I am not able to predict whether the child will not be worse than others, without attending circles. This is alarming. I don't want to be alarmed. I buy peace of mind.
- I don’t want to study with him at home (trend - you need to study with a child!) And I can’t afford not to study, then I will entrust it to others.
- Many drive, discuss, show drawings - and I'm not in the subject. I do not want to "fly out" of the general stream, oppose myself to it, defend my point of view.
- I am convinced that a child needs socialization (how much in this word!), And the more, the better.
- I don't have many reasons to go outside the yard and the supermarket, I myself want to communicate.
And there are infinitely many more reasons, their interweaving and shades. Who is not afraid, and who knows what "buys" - write in the comments.
I was buying time. I really wanted to go and have coffee during this time. Itself. Not like a mother, but in a different way. Nothing came of it. The daughter was small, she had to be present at the classes. Therefore, there were one and two lessons, and that was all. I realized that they do not sell what I need here. And then I had no other reasons to “develop a child” in special institutions.
All of the above and not listed, your personal reasons are very valid. And fatigue, and ignorance, and anxiety, and the desire to have a place free from motherhood, and the unwillingness to be everything - both a nurse, and a teacher, and in general an omnipotent and all-knowing someone. Just because they are yours. Because now it is easier to buy, delegate, than do it yourself.
I only ask you - know what you want to buy. And buy exactly that. As soon as you clearly understand for yourself what you are looking for, you will purposefully choose a product that suits your needs, and not just "take your child to development."
Be honest with yourself. Don't cover up yours - perfectly normal! - desires with the slogan "this is for the son / daughter." This is for you. And then you will be honest with the child. He will appreciate;)

If It Is Unbearable To Communicate With Mom. Part 2. Why Doesn't Mom Love Me?
When I talk to people who are sure that their mother does not like them, I ask why they decided that. In response I hear: She swears at me all the time, she is not happy with me. She constantly complains about me to relatives. You won't hear a kind word from her.
Children Do Not Need To Be Brought Up, You Need To Build Relationships With Them
“Children do not need to be brought up, you need to build relationships with them” - I read this phrase in one article and I really liked it because it is lively and light. As far back as I can remember, my mother tried to educate me. She believed that her main task was to instill in me certain rules of safety in life, to make sure that I did everything correctly and to point out my mistakes.
