Any of your dreams can come true! Believe it or not.
It's simple … For this, it is important to transform a dream into a goal! And including, in turn, the desire to achieve the goal and the numbers are no longer just dreams, but a specific plan and actions for its implementation!
And here the timing is important! Numbers and specifics are important.
Feel the difference in approach to your desire for example, pump up the press
The first option - On Monday I will start pumping the abs and the long-awaited cubes will appear on my stomach.
This approach to your dream is like a cry into the abyss, it is faceless, imperceptible. And even if you really start pumping the press on Monday, then most likely on Monday you will finish.
The second option - Tomorrow morning I will do 3 trips, specially selected exercises for the press, and I will repeat them every other day, for 1 month, after which the training will be adjusted, depending on the results I have received and the results I want to achieve.
This formulation of the question is already a clear plan, and not just a dream. There is a goal, there is a method of achievement in the form of special exercises, there is a training schedule, there is a time frame and an intermediate verification of results. If you remove the deadlines from the second option (do exercises every other day, adjustments in a month), in fact, you get the first life-long option.
It doesn't matter what your desire is. It is important to make a goal out of it, draw up a plan and set deadlines, preferably not only the final result, but also intermediate ones.
Another very important point. Do not stretch the terms !
Just think about how many good, interesting and useful things can pass you by while you are getting ready to make your dream come true, hiding behind lack of time, unpreparedness, fatigue, lack of money or something else?
While you just want to take a step, just one small step to fulfill your dream, you can stand for hours, days, or even months in one place, weighing all the pros and cons, thinking about whether my time has really come or even you need to wait a bit.
And time continues to pass by you, the right people, important meaningful meetings that could have taken place, but did not take place, simply because you were focused on the fears of making a mistake, doing something wrong and not being perfect, rehearsing and honing your skills and thoughts to perfection …
What for??? For what such sacrifices ???
Deliberation of actions is important, but it should not replace actions!
It is important to know the limit, it is important to understand that at a certain moment you need to say to yourself "Stop! Stop thinking and improving!"
After all, as you know, there is no limit to perfection….
Start doing !!! Minimize the time to weigh the pros and cons
For example, you can try growing an orange tree in a pot at home. Then, the probability of sprouting will be many times greater if you put orange seeds in the ground and water them and at the same time read information about how best and what to do, rather than just selecting the best oranges in color, studying their molecular structure, the chemical composition of the earth, choosing a designer pot, but never plant a bone in the ground.
And so all your life you can look at the people around who are harvesting, while you yourself have been studying gardening books for years to get the most beautiful fruits, study the fertility and composition of the soil, so that there would be the most delicious fruits, etc., and before planting the seeds, there is less and less time left …
Think about it when you decide to set your next goal and timeline or just take the Big Step!
You will never be perfect.
But to make your dream come true is quite possible!
Believe in yourself, be a little bolder, more determined and let the bones of your desires sprout and become a huge fruit tree!
