Is it worth fighting laziness if "laziness is the engine of progress"? In this post, I do not undertake to analyze the economic benefits of this human condition. I know for sure that when you are lazy, you latently worry that you are missing out on opportunities, but could do something great or become someone famous. Sometimes you may have enough strength to make yourself want or even do something, but the thought that you are lazy remains. In this post I will briefly consider the common causes of laziness and how to influence them if you become lazy.
Laziness is a state that is subjectively experienced as a state of lack of interest in life, weak energy for action, total fatigue, and general apathy. What are the causes of lazy states?
1. Physical fatigue. No matter how trite it sounds, you can just get physically tired. You may not load heavy objects, but fill your time with stress, anxiety, sleep a little, and eat poorly for a week. Agree, all this can be a very good reason for the body to want to realize a dream: to do nothing, not to get up, not to see anyone, not to talk to anyone, and not to change clothes from pajamas for a couple of weeks.
2. Procrastination. This hard-to-pronounce word means the process of putting things off for later, for tomorrow, for never. In an easier form, you will do a bunch of small things: look through the posts of your friends and find out the weather for the next month. As a result: deadlines have been disrupted, things have not been done, and mother's laziness is to blame. Although behind the habit of postponing and doing nothing, there are various kinds of fears and anxieties.
3. Boredom, lack of motivation. You are not interested and bored. You try very hard to understand, to do, but it's so boring that at least go to bed, which sometimes you have to do.
4. Nonsense. Getting down to business, you are convinced that no living subject in his right mind needs the result of the case. For example, paint the grass or wipe the dust forever!
The reasons, as you noticed, are weighty enough to be lazy and not get down to business. I agree! Therefore, if Laziness has visited you, do not rush to rape yourself, force yourself, or even worse accuse yourself
