Are you in love or addiction?

When we create a partnership, we often consciously or unconsciously focus on a certain model, which we may have seen from our parents, relatives, acquaintances.

Often women go into relationships in order to feel their importance and get something. But in the end, they are faced with the fact that the partner somehow does not rush to solve her difficulties, increase her self-esteem and do whatever she wants.

It turns out that with such desires a woman goes into a relationship "hungry" - having failed to satisfy her basic needs in childhood, she transfers them into a relationship and tries to satisfy them there. This often leads to conflicts.

But if a partner with similar goals goes into a relationship, then such a relationship can last for a very long time. Despite all the quarrels, partners can suffer, suffer, but at the same time stay together, because they cannot live without each other, because they satisfy each other's vital needs, thus compensating for what was lacking in childhood.

And how, then, is love different from addiction?..

👆Love, when "I can without him, but I want to be with him."

👆A addiction - "I can not live without it."

And the faster we work through our childhood traumas and satisfy the needs in which there was hunger, then we become freer from these traumas and, accordingly, are more present in relationships without claims and demands, without expectations, but in full acceptance, love and gratitude!

With love💝 # IrinaGnelitskaya
