Who among the lovers of delicious food has not dreamed of this?

But the next dietary fiasco is gradually convincing that this is impossible.

And you stop trusting all methods of losing weight in general.

But this state of affairs did not suit me. I didn't want to live my whole life completely.

And I wondered why slender people don't overeat?

1. Slender people eat only when they are physically hungry. But they do not tolerate hunger.

Fat people always eat if it's tasty. On the one hand, they can suffer hunger. For example, during diets. On the other hand, they systematically overeat.

2. Slender people remember food only when they get hungry. Overweight people think and talk about food very often.

3. Slender people know how to have fun, relax. For overweight people, entertainment and relaxation is often food in a company or alone.

4. If you travel back to childhood, then we will find many harmful beliefs about food among the overweight:

- until you eat everything - you won't get up from the table;

- do not be sad - eat the candy;

- eat well - don't upset mom / grandmother.

We find healthier nutritional education in slender people:

- if you don't want to - don't eat;

- eat what you want.

5. Slim more allow themselves to be bad, wrong, imperfect.

Full people tend to endure, they are often perfectionists.

These conclusions I have come to are not about diet. They are about psychology.

I realized that I can always be slim and not miss junk food when I find out the reasons for overeating.

Then I can eliminate these reasons:

1. Learn to eat only when hungry. And stop as soon as you have satisfied your hunger.

2. Stop obsessing over food and weight loss.

3. Fill your life with interests, so that you have where to spend the energy you have eaten.

4. Work out negative attitudes about food.

5. Love yourself and live not ideally, but for your own pleasure.

I succeeded!

In the photo on the left, I weigh 100 kilograms. The difference between the photos is 7 years. This is how much my current weight is stable. And I don't miss junk food.

I am engaged in therapy from overeating to slimness - I conduct psychological consultations.

As a result of therapeutic conversations, my clients get:

1. Love vegetables. Realize that they can wean themselves from any harmful product and accustom themselves to any useful one.

2. Allow yourself to become "brazen" and from this become freer and happier.

3. Stop overeating sweets, and learn to gorge on small portions.

4. Realize that dieting is a running in a circle: losing weight - breaking down - returning weight.

5. Increase self-esteem, stop being ashamed of yourself - bonuses that contribute to weight loss.

But if you are ready to continue living in a full body, you can blame your parents: you didn’t bring up that way!

You can blame the nutritionists: the diet is not like that!

And then continue to think that losing weight is forever impossible, and psychologists are charlatans!

And someone else at this time is already slimming and changing his life!
