Emotional violence, it sounds very scary and not every woman understands that this applies to her.

Symptoms that point to this: irritation, resentment, no strength at all for what you want. And perhaps not at all desires and enthusiasm.

The only desire is to lie down and do nothing.

How does this come about?

- if it's hard to say no

- I want to be good for everyone

- doing something, only to earn love and approval

- in order not to feel guilty, they are ready to sacrifice their interests and completely forget about themselves

- you do not know how to choose, as you are used to listening to everyone from the outside and living under dictation

- doing a business that you don't like because you have to: earn money, said the parents, says the spouse

Yes, of course, this is just a small list of reasons …

If you dig deeper with a shovel, you can find the root, the real cause of these unpleasant situations and sensations.

Perhaps as a child, you were forced to wear things that you did not like and when you expressed disagreement, you were severely punished. Thus, the program was laid that it is not safe to talk about your desires …

You didn’t want to eat porridge, but they said: “We must eat!” And of course, being a small child, they agreed.

Each of us has our own situations, but the essence is the same - a ban on our opinion and the constant word "SHOULD" in my head, instead of I want to.

Who needs it? Have you asked yourself this question?

How to deal with this now?

Practice "Negative statements"

This simple practice will help you see and realize what stops the development of certain situations in your life.

In fact, it is not reality that determines beliefs, but quite the opposite. Our belief system literally CREATES our lives.

"Reality exists independently of you as long as you agree with it."

With the help of this universal practice, you will be able to change your programs in the subconscious, create a new destiny and feel calmer without effort.

We offer you to get the result on yourself.

To complete this exercise:

  1. Take 2 large A4 sheets of paper and a pen.
  2. Find a space where you will not be disturbed for 30-40 minutes. From the word at all.
  3. Tune in. Close your eyes and take 3 slow deep breaths in and out.
  4. Make a list of all the comments and instructions you heard from your parents as a child. What, in their opinion, was wrong with you. Do not hurry. Write your answers on the first sheet of paper:
  • What did your parents say about money?
  • About your body?
  • About love and relationships?
  • How did they rate your creativity?
  • What was forgiven in your behavior?
  • What comments have limited your life?
  1. Try to remember as many negative statements as possible. The release process will begin. The more you remember, the more you can clear the space within yourself. It can be compared to a general cleaning, you do not leave the bath or the kitchen dirty, do you? Of course, you wash everything, and here it is.

  2. Look at your list and read it out loud, slowly and to yourself.
  3. Live your feelings and emotions that will go. Do not hold back the tears if they are, let them be, just watch.
  4. Take another look at your list objectively and say to yourself: “This is where my prejudice came from that“a line from your list”
  5. Do this with each line.

The second part of the exercise.

Now take another 2 sheet of paper and look at the problem more closely and deeper. Be open and honest. It seems that everything has already been written out on the first sheet, but in reality, it only seems.

Divide the sheet into 5 parts and label each highlighted field like this:

  • From relatives
  • From teachers
  • From friends
  • From members of the opposite sex
  • From people who are authoritative for you (idols, older friends, educators, etc.)

Ask yourself what other negative statements I heard in childhood (for example: from parents, we ask each field separately)?

Perform this exercise slowly, being aware of your feelings that fill you right now.

Everything that is written on these two sheets of paper is nothing more than beliefs that you should give up, it is because of them that you feel dissatisfied with yourself.
