“I eat stress” is one of the most frequent requests both in personal therapy, in master classes, and in the training itself.

"So what do you mean by stress?" - I ask the client? 🤔

“Here, something bad,” and what exactly, the client cannot answer. 🤷‍♀️

In the process of work, we find many pitfalls that make a person think of himself as stressful, anxious, and, accordingly, force himself to eat a lot, even if he doesn't want to.

And so, we are talking about:

🥯 fear of losing control over oneself, that is, to show emotions - therefore, we redirect this lack of control into something safer without control - to eat.

🥯Punishing yourself for SOMETHING. Again, we are afraid to uncontrollably show our anger, for example of offending someone, and therefore we begin to offend ourselves.

🥯 Prohibition of tasty food and pleasure (I can't have a tasty chocolate bar, so we'll eat a bucket of BORSCH, which I don't want, because it is possible).

All in all, we can find a ton of other interesting insights into stress and its relationship to food. As the saying goes, “everyone has their own cockroaches.”

In the meantime, I propose to watch the video "Night eating: why is this happening to us?", Where I touch on the topic of the article more DEEPLY. ❤️

Want this video yourself? Write “I want a video about food” under the post and I will send it to you in PM. ☝️

In general, how do you understand the relationship between stress and transmission for yourself? 🤔
