The "Wish Map" visualization technique is often associated with esotericism or astrology, but in fact it is based on the manipulation of one's own consciousness. From the point of view of psychology, this is putting things in order in your own head, thoughts, desires, leading to the desired results.

A Wish Card is a piece of paper on which you need to describe in detail what you would like to receive from life. Usually, wishes are made for 1-3 years, and after this period a new Card is made.

In fact, this is a plan of action, where moving from one point to another, a person gradually achieves all set goals. What is the essence of visualization? By creating images, we work on our subconscious, awakening vivid positive emotions in ourselves, programming ourselves for success and achieving the desired results, because visual images are very well perceived by our subconscious, helping to realize our true needs.

The very word "desire" is associated with movement, striving, purpose. Drawing up a unique collage teaches a person to be aware of and detail their dreams and desires, to look at their life from the outside, to learn how to solve problems in a complex way.

Despite the fact that the creation of a Wish Map is a time consuming work that takes time, the result, as a rule, exceeds all expectations. The process of realization allows the desires of the heart and the mind to unite, this is where the real "magic" begins.

You can visualize your own dreams in different ways: for example, draw your goals on a piece of Whatman paper (or glue photos), adding detailed descriptions to them; or create a collage of desires on a corkboard using magazine-cut pictures and colored paper. You can also make an identical composition on a computer, for this many use a ready-made layout, and someone creates it on their own.

The map of desires is divided into 9 identical sectors, painted in different colors, each sector is responsible for a certain area of a person's life:

1. Wealth - light green, purple or lilac. This sector is devoted to the material sphere of life: income, purchases, movable and immovable property, this also includes the provision of other resources - energy and time.
2. Achievement and Fame - Red. Anything that reflects your ambitions can be placed here. Spiritual and physical development, achievements in various fields, awards, certificates. Be sure to choose a motivating picture.
3. Love is pink. This sector is responsible for your relationship with the opposite sex. You can draw a big heart and place your joint photo inside. Under the photo (or picture) it is necessary to write something like “I am with my beloved”, “I have a happy relationship with my beloved”, “my husband is the most loving and caring in the world” and so on.
4. The family is dark green. In this sector, you can post photos of all members of your family. It is important that the pictures capture the happy moments from your life. You can glue pictures taken from magazines, which will depict the family of your dreams. Photos of the apartment or house that you want, or interior items are also posted here. In general, everything related to housing.
5. Sector "I", health - yellow or orange. It is located in the center and is responsible for the state of the body. Here you need to place a photo where you are happy and satisfied with yourself. Around her, describe in detail the desires associated with appearance, well-being, health (get rid of acne, become slimmer, go in for sports, get rid of chronic diseases, etc.).
6. Creativity and children are white. Here are photos, or pictures, where your hobby will be depicted. If you don't have children yet, but you really want them, then you need to place the appropriate pictures, for example, find an image of a happy woman with a baby in her arms.
7. Knowledge is all shades of brown. This column is dedicated to learning, self-development, learning something new. For example, you have long dreamed of getting a second degree, or going to advanced training courses, but you do not have enough time or money (or maybe both at once). Tell your Wish Card about this, detailing your dreams.
8. Career - blue or black. Here you can indicate the name of the specific companies in which you would like to work, the desired position, working conditions; if you have your own business - register how you would like to see its development.
9. Travel & Assistants - Silver, Gray. Everything is clear with this sector: you can attach photos of countries that you would like to visit, and regarding assistants, you can post photos of real people who support and help you, as well as images of especially revered Saints, for example, Nicholas the Wonderworker, Matrona of Moscow, are suitable for this sector.

It is very important to follow certain rules when filling out each sector: all desires must be specific, clearly spelled out, without generalizations, necessarily in an affirmative form ("in September 2021, I received the position of deputy director of the company"). In addition, it is necessary to remove the preposition "not".

After the Wish Card is ready, it must be activated. Make the simplest wish that is easy to realize right away. For example, make up a map with the purchase of something new. Then in the center you need to place a photo or picture of this particular thing and immediately purchase it.

It is necessary to work with a ready-made Wish Card every day: presenting in detail the goals indicated in it, mentally plunging into them. It should regularly catch your eye, but at the same time be inaccessible to strangers.
