Step 4 Now cross out those desires where you feel uncomfortable. They probably weren't "yours." These can be imposed advice, someone else's stereotypes, or products of stereotyped thinking. Release the energy from them for your TRUE desires. Step 5 From the list of remaining wishes, select - ONE. The one that you would like to see realized in the near future. Live with this desire for one day. Listen to your inner feelings, thoughts, to your self-perception. Imagine: - how will your life change? - what will your loved ones say? - how can you benefit other people now? At the end of the day, write down your feelings on a piece of paper - how was your desire, what were you thinking, what ideas came to your mind? What do you already have in order for this desire to be realized? Now boldly embody your true desire in life.
