September 15th is my birthday. I am glad that it finally came, because about a month before the birthday, anyone usually feels heightened anxiety.
No wonder, because in us, more precisely, in our Unconscious, the early trauma of birth is alive.
Of course, we do not remember the time when we were preparing to be born!
And our Unconscious remembers and every time, like an old film strip, scrolls before us the echoes of those emotions and feelings that we experienced then!
When the birthday itself comes around, it usually gets easier.

scheduling algorithm of its own:
Day one September 15 … This is a projection of the first month after my DR, i.e. from 2019-15-09 to 2019-15-10. I have already planned what will cost me during this time
- write three scientific articles for the preparation of a dissertation - important and urgent.
- programming my new systemic constellations course is important and urgent.
- completing a medical examination is important and urgent.
- to become slimmer by 2 kg is important, but not urgent (for me).
- to take care of my face, so as not to be very different from other graduate students:) outwardly - not important and not urgent.
- Getting a Shengn visa is not important and not urgent (especially since I have already submitted documents).
- Sewing two pairs of trousers for which I bought the material is not important, but urgent.
- Buying a ticket from Moscow to St. Petersburg (I have already bought it to Moscow) is important and urgent.
Day two September 16 … This is a projection of the period from 2019-15-10 to 2019-15-11. On this day, from the very morning, I must carefully think over and write down what else I should do from mid-October to mid-November, by analogy with the first day.

What can be the conclusions?
Practice shows that planning helps to avoid procrastination (putting off important things "for later") and wasting time on things that are not the most important.
You will be able to find that very cherished twenty-fifth hour in a day!
