In this article, I will reveal a piece of the program: EFFICIENCY BULLDOZER - SOLVING PROBLEMS IN ANY SPHERE OF LIFE, which allows you to find or, if necessary, create suitable personally for you ways of solving problems that arise in life. Moreover, it is absolutely not important in what area difficulties arise, be it health, intimate life, relationships, work or money. This approach allows us to solve all these issues. So let's figure it out …

We will start with the fact that we need to go through a specific algorithm that allows us to systematically understand this issue:

1 Problem … You need to determine what kind of problem you have, what it is, how does it constitute a problem for you and is it a problem at all? At this stage, it is necessary to structure the problem, in any way suitable for you, decompose it into elements and understand how it manifests itself in your life in the form of events, feelings, emotions, experiences, at the level of thinking and actions, etc. a clear understanding of the structure of the problem is obtained.

2 Goal setting … This is an extremely important stage, because it is useless to simply solve the problem, so you will constantly be engaged only in "solving the problem", instead, it is necessary to correctly set a goal, which will be what will solve this problem and transfer you to the desired state. You must have a good understanding of where, why, thanks to what resources and how you should come to your goal. Thus, you already have a certain path and you understand that you need to go from point 1 to point 2.

3 Model selection … At this stage, you find working models that allow you to achieve the goal, or you yourself create the necessary model. It all depends on the area of life in which you need to achieve the desired results (health, intimate life, relationships, work or money).

4 Working out laziness vs creating motivation … At this stage, you need to deal with what, in principle, there are situations with "laziness", what exactly do you have and work out, for example, what options may be:

- when you don't want anything at all, there is no desire to "want". Desire is simply absent or very rare;

- when sometimes laziness rolls over, that is, in principle, everything is fine, but in certain cases you just don't want to do what you need;

- when a person knows what he wants, understands how this can be realized, there are abilities and necessary skills, but for some reason he does not do this and merges the results;

- when there is a mess in the head, chaos in desires, plans and goals, desires are small and frail;

- when there is simply no strength, there is not enough strength for practically anything;

These are all different manifestations of laziness and you need to work with them in different ways, here I just briefly outlined the possible options, I described them in more detail in the article: "How to get rid of laziness and find the root of the solution to all problems."

5 Development of resistances … Resistances are already some kind of obstacles that prevent you from achieving your goal (this can also include laziness). This is a very good sign, if you took the steps described above, then resistance will appear by itself, this is a normal phenomenon not

you need to think that resistance is something bad that there should not be any, on the contrary, if there is no resistance, then you are sitting still.

And vice versa, as soon as you start to move you have these resistances, because being in your problem (step 1), you acquire psychological defenses that allow you not to go crazy from the problem, they protect you, they say that everything is fine that I live quite normally that everything is good, you can not change anything, and so on. As soon as you start to change, these resistances turn on, for example, in the form of fears: what if it doesn't work out, I can't, and so on.

Choosing this or that model, you already have an understanding of how you will solve this or that problem. Working with laziness and resistance - you remove the brakes that stop you on the way to achieving your goals.
