Why Am I Unlucky In My Life? Why Why

For many years throughout life, people ask themselves questions:

  • Why do I want to be rich, and all my life I do nothing but make ends meet;
  • Why can't I meet a worthy life partner;
  • Why all the men I come across are weaklings, losers, womanizers or gigolos;
  • Why are all girls interested only in a fat wallet, besides, they all cheat;
  • Why do many people travel all over the world, but I am sitting in a dusty, hot office, wiping my pants and all that remains for me is to look at photos of my acquaintances from beautiful places on social networks;
  • Why some are lucky in life, while others are not;
  • Why do I want to drive a new beautiful foreign car, listening to my favorite music, and move in a shabby minibus in a constant crush;
  • Why do I want to live in my own country house, buried in flowers, but I live in an old Khrushchev building on the outskirts of the city;
  • Why I have no children;
  • Why does my colleague, without particularly straining at work, earn 2 times more, I plow like a horse, and the boss is also unhappy.

And many more different "Why?" Each person has their own separate list of such "Why".

I am no exception, I also had such a list, where there were many different questions.

Here are a couple of them. For example, why don't I have a beautiful house with flowers, a coniferous forest and a river nearby; why there is no car; why can't I meet the right person and get married? The situation began to change only when I decided in practice (and not in theory) to work out the root causes of my problems.

The fact is that all these numerous "Why" questions are questions of Consciousness or mind, and Consciousness - forms our reality by about 7%, and this is not so much.

The work of Consciousness is associated with the field of knowledge, thoughts, words, dreams, goals, analysis, logical chains. The share of Consciousness in our life is only 7%, respectively, and it can affect our life by no more than 7%. So what actually globally influences the shaping of our reality?

You, of course, have already guessed, and you know from numerous sources that the main influence on our life is exerted by the Subconscious and its share is about 93%.

The subconscious is more than 12 times stronger than the conscious! Our belief in something, backed up by emotions and feelings, is much stronger than our thoughts. If you look at the circumstances of your life, be sure that everything that is "good" and "bad" in it was first of all created by your Subconscious. Our Subconscious is our most loyal friend and companion, but often it can work to our detriment. It is it, based on the programs embedded in it, that materializes our reality in the truest sense of the word.

The work of the Subconscious is connected with our sensations, images, emotions and states. Often, we are not aware of what is going on in our Subconscious, what kind of emotional life it lives. It seems to us at the level of thoughts that we consciously want a car (this affects our reality by 7%), and the emotion of fear associated with the possibility of getting into an accident and dying lives in the Subconscious (this affects our reality by 93%).

The task is very simple, with this alignment of forces - in our reality, we do not have a car! Although we consciously want it at the level of thoughts. However, the Subconscious Mind is strong, and it cares about our survival, about our comfort, therefore it does everything possible so that cars do not appear in our life.

In order to compare the sizes of Consciousness and Subconsciousness, one can imagine a huge endless ocean, in which waves on its surface will be changeable, like thoughts of people, these waves will be our Consciousness. And the Subconscious is all the power of the ocean! It changes slowly, has an incredible power of creation. In the picture, you can see how roughly they relate to each other. Consciousness is highlighted in red, and Subconsciousness is highlighted in blue.

The main idea behind working through negative attitudes is the following axiom:

Everything that is in my reality is the result of my subconscious desires. There are reasons for everything in my life. For some reason I created / created it all. When it seems to us that we want something very much, and this still does not come into our life, then there is a protracted conflict between Consciousness and Subconsciousness. To get what we want, this conflict must be resolved and understand what reasons lurk in our Subconscious and prevent us from getting the results we dream of.

Let me give you an example

My mother divorced a long time ago and for many years in a row wants (at the level of mind, Consciousness) to meet a man, to live happily with him in love and harmony. Years go by, she is already losing hope. All men who try to get to know her, she immediately rejects and chooses to be alone. Even just friendships with men are a burden for her.

More recently, she asked for help to sort out a little what was going on. After all, she sincerely wants to be happy. In the process of communication, it became obvious that she hates men, starting with her dad, whom she was terribly afraid of, and ending with her husband, who left for another, betrayed.

We have unearthed her subconscious image of a man - this is pain, suffering, hatred, lack of trust, humiliation, contempt for male nature and much more. This image lives in the Subconscious and does not allow her to build relationships with men.

When we clarified the problems, my mother was very upset and plunged into her thoughts. After all, she did not even suspect that she had such a conflict inside her. She understood the depth of the situation that with such a subconscious attitude towards men (so much hatred, she seemed ready to shoot them all with a machine gun), she could hardly meet anyone. And if he does, then he is also a tyrant. In this case, Consciousness (mind) tells her that she wants a man. The subconscious mind, like a faithful friend, protects her from her husband - a tyrant, so that she does not get hurt.

As a result of these realizations, mom has already begun work on changing her inner image of a man, forgiving her dad and husband at a deep level. When on the Subconscious level she has a positive emotional reaction to men and Consciousness says “I want”, the conflict will cease to exist and the right person will be able to be attracted to her life, despite her age and past mistakes. After all, there is one more rule - the subconscious mindset is always realized! If only because, the Subconscious is an ocean, not waves on its surface.

What can you do to catch your negative subconscious mindset? Let me clarify that the words "negative" and "positive" are rather arbitrary. In our example, a "negative" attitude means that I don't have what I want. Some subconscious program is blocking what I want to achieve. It limits us in something.

If you really want something in life, but you don’t have it, and you ask yourself the question “Why don’t I have it?”, Then the mind (Consciousness) will write down the logical reasons. But if you dig out the answer to this question in the Subconscious, then you will be very surprised when you find out his answer to the question. This answer (your negative attitude) will really explain to you the true reason for the situation you don't like. The answer of Consciousness (mind, thoughts, ideas, stereotypes) is undoubtedly important, but the answer that comes from your Subconscious - only it will really show the true picture of things.

Here are some examples:

1. I want a beautiful house with flowers, a coniferous forest and a river nearby

Why don't I have a home?

Conscious response: There is not enough money for a beautiful house in a beautiful location. It is very expensive. It takes a lot of hard work for him, I haven't earned that much.

Subconscious response: I do not have a home because it will tie me to one place, limit my freedom of movement, and I want to travel.

So, my negative attitude is that it seems to me that having a home is equal to depriving me of the freedom of movement. This means that the fact that I do not have a home is actually beneficial to me (at the level of sensations). I am free!

2. I want to be a successful writer

Why am I not becoming a successful writer?

Conscious response: I didn't get the education I needed. It's too late to start. Difficult to break through, a lot of competition.

Subconscious response: But no one can criticize my work. I do not face pain when criticized. Writers make little money.

In this case, the negative attitude is that if a person becomes a writer, his work will be criticized, it will be painful and, on top of that, it will lead to poverty.

In a simplified version, the process of elaborating installations can be divided into 4 steps:

  1. Reveal negative attitudes. Concretize. This is the first step towards the life you dream of!
  2. Remove the emotional charge of the installation.
  3. Deconstruct the installation to smithereens. Until then, until faith in her completely passes.
  4. The final step is to overwrite negative attitudes. Replacing old ones with new and more productive ones.

Simple settings are fairly easy to grasp and reprogram. It is quite possible to do it yourself.

For example, asking yourself questions - "how is this situation beneficial to me", "what plus can it bring", etc.

More complex attitudes that touch on serious chronic problems are not so easy even to realize (an answer pops up, which seems to be the answer, but in reality it is just an excuse for the mind), not to mention the elaboration of this attitude. There may be one reason for the appearance of a negative attitude, but in the process of life it has acquired consequences, secondary benefits.

In addition, the attitude can be associated with self-esteem, love for parents, some emotionally unpleasant childhood events, and so on. In such cases, protection is turned on for its awareness and living, because of the included protection - you can walk around the installation for years, creating in your mind a bunch of assumptions, arguments and other thoughts, but you never get close to the real formulation.

I also want to note that one of the important components of our results in life is the understanding of responsibility for our life and the events taking place in it.

Working out negative subconscious attitudes allows you to quickly move out of the state Victims (life, circumstances) - into a state Awareness (we now understand why “we had this in our life”). And then there are opportunities to quickly change the life situation.

I know perfectly well from my own example that it is difficult to create from the state of a victim, it is impossible to change anything, you can slip in one place for many years, and sink deeper and deeper in swamps and tears. If we choose to live in a state of Mindfulness, to understand and accept our full responsibility for our own life, then our reality becomes controllable. New doors and opportunities are opening that were not even suspected.

Understanding that everything in my life is the result of my subconscious desires can be the key to incredible life changes. You are able to realize not only some material desires, but also get rid of a deep sense of guilt, from your fears, resentments and even from various diseases, including chronic ones. I hope my article will push you to new thoughts and actions, and your life and sense of self will change for the better. Having realized and worked through your negative programs, you will finally be able to find what you have dreamed of for so long, whether it be harmonious relationships, financial wealth, new perspectives in life, getting out of the circle of recurring events, and much more.
