If a person does not have a sense of self-worth, then this leads to serious violations of self-esteem and difficulties in life.

A sense of self-worth (hereinafter self-worth) exists in everyone from birth.

Self-worth is the ability to feel, know and feel that I am worthy to exist, be, breathe, live. And also this is the recognition of the value of something higher, and the presentation of oneself as a vessel for this valuable energy of life, the recognition of one's originality, uniqueness in this universe. And it is this parameter that makes it possible to respect and value yourself, find your individual nature and pave your own path in order to enable those qualities and properties that are inside to find their realization.

But it often happens that self-worth is blocked. The consequences of such a bias strongly affect one's own self-esteem and lead to the inclusion of various kinds of compensatory mechanisms.

Such substitutions and distortions are the pursuit of personal efficiency and success. A person, more than himself, begins to value what he produces - a product. And this mechanism creates the need to work non-stop, not to value your rest. And to value money above all else and consider it as their source of life. To channel all your life force in only one direction - to be effective and successful, to gain recognition from other people, in order to finally feel your own worth and buy something that will ease your inner suffering.

This imbalance leads a person to a desire for all people to obey him, to a desire for power, which will create a substitute for security. This substitution creates a desire to firmly hold on to their false beliefs and think categorically, dividing the world into what gives success and efficiency, and despising everything else. This is the basis of separation, lack of integrity.

Also, this bias supports a dualistic, conservative system of thought. And it is difficult for such a person to be effective and successful because he is conservative. The patterns of his mind are rigid and poorly transformed. Sometimes such a person proves his truth at the cost of his own life. In fact, in order to recognize the value of his life, a person kills himself with his own beliefs, not letting go of them at all with evidence. And sometimes, just before the line of death, there is a willingness to begin to appreciate life and stop holding on to an illusory belief.

How to get out of this skew?

To do this, you need to realize it!

Here are the signs of a lack of self-worth:

· If you play the game "tyrant - victim", if it is difficult for you to part with your old beliefs and find something new that will work harmoniously, just for you, at the moment "here and now".

· If you value your deeds and actions, and not yourself, this means that your self-worth, which is in everyone from birth, is blocked and your task is to unfold, recognize and feel it.

Let's do it.

A practical exercise in allowing you to feel your worth

For this, it is important to create an intention.

Say out loud:

“I’m ready to admit myself! Now I am an adult and I do not need to be recognized by others.

I am ready to stop being offended by the environment, parents, and anyone else. Because I am an adult and I can, and I want to recognize my own worth!

I recognize my own worth - my way of being and living."

Now imagine a luminous point, which is the point of life, the point of your beingness. Imagine it inside your body and breathe into it. Over and over again, breath after breath, expand it to the size of your whole self. Let this light fill you completely. Let value, personality fill you and you feel it.

Repeat this practice as much as you need.

After all, it is from this value that the knowledge of what you need and how interesting it is for you to live comes. Others cannot make you feel what your path is, what you need to do, without having self-worth in you. It is from the value that the knowledge of one's own program of realization and the inner vibration (frequency) of one's own doing comes. Others can only show you a shorter path, give you knowledge to which you must have an internal response. It is from the state of self-worth that a person can follow his impulses and his desires, then he gets on his own path. On this path, hearing his response, a person can find people, knowledge that will lead him to success. To success. Which will be real, without losing yourself.

Without self-worth, without inner knowledge and response, a person cannot navigate the ocean of information and find his purpose. And then the inner being constantly experiences negative feelings, which, in fact, are his friends. They push a person to abandon false attitudes and find himself. When a person is not ready to give up his mistakes, he finds himself in a situation where the flow of life is curtailed.

Do this practice every day as much as you need. And then there will be a cleansing of everything that is not characteristic of you. Your floors, interlocks and barriers will come to the surface. You can watch and release them, or transform them. Let them go out of your life. Because every day you will recognize your worth. This means that every day in your life there will be more respect and the ability to draw your own boundaries. Your thinking will change to accepting everything that you see around you.

The fact is that harmonious thinking of an adult is a thinking that can accept everything. This is nonjudgmental thinking. Evaluation comes from self-worth and from knowing what I need to do in life, knowing what I need to protect, because that's what I was born for. It is then that the true goal appears, for which a person begins to follow. And then a path appears on which there is an assessment of "good" and "bad". “Good” is what leads me to the true goal; and “bad” is that which moves away from this goal. And then the understanding comes that this is "good" only for me, because this is my path. And thus, assessment and non-judgmental perception coexist. Then, based on this assessment, I begin to choose people who are close in spirit and in values, with whom I can walk the path together. In this way, the right groups are organized, and the person can choose a decent, right lifestyle and way of working to support himself.

Knowing himself, his value, a person can take responsibility and appropriate everything that he has found in the outside world. When he made a decision and began to do something, he had already started doing something of his own, gaining his own experience. In such a way and attitude towards oneself, there can be no betrayal of oneself, which means that there can be no betrayal at all. The place of betrayal is taken by the value of everything that happens and any decision made, as well as the decision of another person. Having changed the attitude and the way of thinking, a person can no longer think in such categories.

This is an important knowledge with which, if you understand it, you will definitely regain your value. And then it becomes clear that self-esteem is just an honest way of fixing your skills, abilities and abilities, which helps you simply describe yourself and nothing more. Self-assessment is needed in order to fix what is and continue to move towards what I want. Self-assessment is necessary in order to give others information about their abilities. To understand what I can do and take responsibility for it. Self-esteem is simply a tool that helps you move forward, describe yourself, and make agreements with other people.

Don't substitute your value! Allow yourself to feel it again and let it guide you to your success!
