1. You have to do at least something every day. Day off or working day - it doesn't matter. Take at least five minutes to do something that moves you forward. The sum of such small steps is an impressive amount.

2. You have to give more than you get in return. In the long run, this is a winning strategy to get you in the sight of the people you want.

3. You need to invest in yourself first. Your main tool in your life is yourself. Therefore, having received income, invest first of all in your development, and then for other needs.

4. You need to play sports. Everyone knows this, but few do it! So just start going to the gym regularly (or other sports sections - there are many options).

5. I need to get enough sleep. Adequate amount of sleep will keep you alert and energetic, improve concentration and volitional qualities.

6. You have to make mistakes. Despite the fact that it is terribly unpleasant, and sometimes even painful. But mistakes are taught how to do it and how not to do it. And this is already an experience. So be completely wrong, but don't repeat the same mistake twice.

7. Goals need to be defined and rewritten every day … Goals help us understand what drives us forward and what is wasting time. And rewriting them will set you up for a productive day.

8. You need to adjust your reflection in the mirror … Fitness, posture and dressing are all like armor for a warrior, making you stronger. Make yourself some sturdy armor.

9. You need to laugh heartily for at least five minutes a day. They say that a minute of laughter prolongs life by five minutes. Plus a good mood is guaranteed to you, and with it it is much more pleasant to work.

10. You need to get rid of all unnecessary friends. In order for the tree to grow up, the side branches are cut off from it. While it can be painful, if the person pulls you down instead of up, stop communicating with him.

11. You need to be in the fresh air more often. The more often you walk your body, the better you will feel and the clearer your thinking will be.

12. You need to find time to withdraw into yourself. It is important to find a time and place to be alone with your thoughts and feelings, for at least fifteen minutes.

13. You need to read smart books. Every day, at least a few pages. Many successful people have done this (they tend to be creepy book lovers).

14. You need to do an analysis of the day before bedtime. What they did well and what could have been done better. Without criticism and pickiness, with obligatory praise for your successes.

15. You need to do something new. With this, you can go beyond your boundaries and increase your creativity.

16. Excuses and fears need to be closed. For every "no" there is at least one "yes" - why it is worth trying. Don't be lazy and find that "yes"

17. You have to take risks. There will never be ideal conditions, and you cannot calculate everything. And if you don't risk it, you can lose the opportunity. Forever and ever.

There is nothing supernatural in these "Needs" - these are ordinary, in some ways even simple and banal things. But the simplest things are usually the most difficult to understand, so I decided to share them with you. Use it to your health!
