7. Change your profile picture on social networks. The one that is, of course, is good. Even if it's just a cat or a landscape. But who's stopping you from trying?
8. Watch a funny video or movie. You can find funny videos on video services. Why not cheer yourself up by watching some gags?
9. Engage in visualization. Put on some nice music. Sit comfortably. And imagine that you have already got what you wanted. Imagine it in all its details: where you are … what are you wearing … what time of year is on the street … who is next to you … Feel this state with your whole body.
10. Compose any two new looks from those things that are already in your wardrobe.
11. Start writing. Just grab a pen, paper, and start writing down whatever comes to mind. Let it be incoherent thoughts, scraps of phrases. The same repeating words. Let go. Let this stream flow from you. Write, write … Just do not re-read. Now, just throw these pieces of paper away and congratulate yourself on your liberation.
