Leader psychology has a creative focus and a diverse manifestation of oneself … Such people constantly strive for creation, at all levels - from interstate alliances to a lace napkin on the table. The desire to improve this world, find new, more efficient ways of working, beautiful locations and economical inventions - it all depends on the orientation of the person, but it will always be a creative search for creative directions. It is this tendency that makes them look for new methods of application instead of criticism. Basically criticism is practically absent from the leaders, and if there is something constructive, it is replaced by the desire to find benefit. This is another reason why real leaders are constantly surrounded by people, since there are quite a lot of criticizing and degrading judgments among the ordinary people, while there is practically no support.

The peculiarity of the perception of the world by leaders is such that they are constantly outside the circumstances, even with all their souls rooting for the idea. They think several steps ahead and do not immerse themselves in the situation of the present moment, which makes them emotionally stable, they have excellent control over their emotional sphere and understand well the feelings and experiences of other people.… While the majority of people will be in a panic from the failure of what happened yesterday, the leader can smile quietly, because he has already figured out how to benefit from this after six months. Detachment helps to separate the main from the secondary, control the course of movement and change plans in time, and possibly goals.

A leader does not work alone or only to pursue his own interests. Devotion to your people makes you look for ways that are optimal for the majority, at some moments even sacrifices and personal investments are possible.

Globality and strategic thinking and a high level of personality development reveals the truth that if the people around them are happy, then everything who helped them achieve this state will return with gratitude (you can say background networking thinking). By investing in others, the leader ultimately receives more than if he sought to fill only his own vessel of needs. But caring for others has no selfish motives - it is a manifestation of a kind of equal way of interaction and exchange of energy with the outside world.

How to become a leader:

Most often, the leaders are those who have high level of intelligence and broad outlook, thanks to which you can become not only an example, but also be able to inspire and explain your ideas to any person. It also requires the development of constant optimismbecause the lead role involves a difficult and long journey, with occasional setbacks and possibly no interruptions. It is impossible to drop everything halfway, then when you return, those who followed you earlier will no longer want to support, fearing another stop. This does not mean continuing to do all the time what you did before - this way you will not achieve a change in the situation. But it is worth being in motion, looking for new opportunities, ways, solutions, and especially when everyone gave up or another failure happened.

It is impossible to take a leadership position in one day; this requires regular manifestations of one's skills, the basic of which is the development of communication skills. Communication means the ability to explain your position to others, to inspire people with your ideas. The better the communication skills are built, the easier it will be for a person to motivate others to work together, and also simplify the process of resolving conflict situations. Develop communication with people of different levels, learn to communicate with representatives of all professions and ages. The more practice in interaction, the higher the likelihood of finding an approach to everyone.

It is necessary to constantly engage in the development of your personality, in order to understand well the principles and rules of the psyche, what components the personality consists of and in what sequence it develops. It is also necessary to be able to competently influence and resist manipulation. … Identify your own values … A person who understands himself well is able to better understand others. Knowing your own and other people's values, you can create successful tandems, and by understanding the peculiarities of ways to solve problems, people can be put in the appropriate positions.

Help others, teach, pass on experience, share secrets and best practices that allow you to make the life of other people more effective and happier, but do not do it instead of others. Many of those whom you taught later can delegate part of their affairs, as an option to encourage and build trust. Just do not dump the rough work, but always think about the development of a person and how this type of activity will help him “pump” his own skills and achieve success.

Constantly work on your own development. Soon there will be those who know more, can do better, and they will begin to listen to them. But in addition to the professional line, first of all, develop your originality, your uniqueness and genius, this will make you an interesting and comprehensively developed interlocutor. Stay always in the team and notice those who are near you. It is the human attitude that makes you agreeable to others.

Work on emotional stability in order to be able to effectively manage your emotional sphere, since this is what the leader needs. A person subject to emotional outbursts is not able to control himself, let alone control other people and his life. Confidence in the chosen course helps to remain calm, for this it is necessary to master such a skill as the competent setting and implementation of goals. Confidence in life allows you to go towards your goals, overcome obstacles if you need to refuse other people and do things that seem unattainable for most people, but which ultimately improve the quality of life and bring satisfaction from the work done.
