Working as a psychologist and encountering different people, I noticed how often we see the world in different ways. Often, we put the opposite meaning in the same word. For example, love for one person is expressed in the words "receive", "expect", "depend" or "control". The other, on the contrary, sees love in the ability to "give", "devote one's life", "belong". It is no wonder that we humans often do not understand each other. Therefore, let's agree and define what the concept of "positive thinking" means.

Primarily, this is an inner state and desire see the best side of life and be responsible for every deed, for every word, for every THOUGHT

Even Cicero said: "To live is to think!" There is a lot of evidence in science that thoughts are material … Therefore, not a single thought expressed by a word, gesture, glance, facial expression can disappear without a trace. Thought is a kind of energy that, in one way or another, affects matter. And more often than not, this process occurs unconsciously. Positive thinking skill just helps to control and translate this process into conscious state … The ability to speak positively, and especially to think, is a huge work on oneself. But when you see the first results, you will appreciate how exciting and rewarding it is, bringing positive changes in your life. Over time, you will begin to notice that other people talk more about the bad than the good: passing on bad news, discussing and scolding everyone from famous politicians to their neighbors. Watching crime news bulletins, lawsuits. Their lexicon contains words and phrases "Life is a difficult thing", "Hopelessness", "I can't, I can't, I don't want to." Don't let that scare you, it's a sure sign that YOU are on the right track

So we start to think positively! Today we will learn to look for a spoonful of honey in a barrel of ointment. This exercise will help you to accustom yourself to see in every, even the most hopeless situation, something important, useful, instructive and positive.
