So, as promised in the second part of the article.

Before proceeding with the interpretation of sleep, you should determine what kind of dream you dreamed of: compensation, sign, prophetic or repetitive

Compensation dreams

Sleep does not require special treatment. Such types of sleep are dreamed of when something is missing in life, but you want it. When certain emotions and feelings have accumulated in you, and there is no way out for them in real life, when you just want something, but you can't achieve it, get it, and so on. Thus, our subconscious mind compensates for the imbalance from real life in a dream in order to please us and correct psychological and mental health.

For example, in the first case, a person lacks adrenaline in his life, he will most likely have extreme dreams or dreams where he commits an act that excites all nerve endings at once.

In the second case, a person inside of whom is boiling with anger or resentment will see dreams where he splashes out these emotions, the dreams then come out rather aggressive. In the third case, let's take an example from my dreams. I love horses very much and dream of learning to ride without a saddle. But I still have no opportunity to ride without a saddle, but also to ride a horse. And so, during the year, I periodically dream about how I ride without a saddle.

Signal dreams and recurring dreams

They are very similar to recurring dreams and, in principle, could not be separated. But, nevertheless, I make a distinction in order to understand the essence of these two types.

What recurring dreams with dream-signs have in common - both types declare some important issue, problem, task in a person's life, which quite strongly imbalances (is a conscious or unconscious thorn) both the personality and life and requires a solution, whether the person suspects or no.

For example, in the dreams of one lady, as soon as it came to trouble, up to the risk of dying, she resourcefully saved not only herself, but also those who were next to her and flew away safe and sound from the epicenter of tragic events, saving her life and was in reality I am very proud of this fact. Like, what a fine fellow she is and what a resourceful time she always manages to hit the road in such dreams. Alas, the focus of attention here was set incorrectly and there is absolutely nothing to be proud of. Dreams constantly told her that as soon as a problem matures in her real life, she reels the fishing rods and runs away from it, instead of solving it. That is, she considered the dream as "salvation", but in fact it was "flight." In life, her motto was: "I will not go into the problem, I will bypass the problem."

Or another friend of mine dreamed from time to time that he was naked in the middle of the crowd and felt terrible discomfort because of this. In general, this dream, among other things, suggests that in life he feels very insecure in public … but always or in some situations - I did not specify this. It would, of course, be seen on the canvas of the dream.

You can work on these two dream-signs in a dream so that this does not happen in real life. How? More on this below

If a dream or an element of a dream repeats quite often, these are recurring dreams and they mean, in addition to the above, that some important event is coming, which: will change the life / strongly affect the life or a person / cannot be missed and it requires special attention. Unfortunately, this is not a prophetic dream and such dreams need decoding and competent interpretation.

For example, six months before the appearance of my future husband, a foreigner, a man who greatly changed my life and not only because he became one, I dreamed every week that a red planet was approaching the Moon (female planet). And when she got very close, it turned out that she was inhabited: there were people who spoke another language, and so on and so forth.

Prophetic dreams

Prophetic dreams can be quite easy to interpret and do not need to be deciphered (!). The plot in them almost completely coincides with what they "predict". These types of dreams are vivid and memorable. The phrases in them make sense in real life (when you wake up, I mean) and are quite true.

If something of the above cannot be attributed to your dream, then I suggest you start to doubt very much that it is prophetic and then it is better to analyze the dream as I wrote in the first part of the article.

That is, if, for example, you dream that one of your loved ones leaves this life under rather strange circumstances, while being in an equally strange environment or an environment that cannot exist in reality … in general, the whole dream is quite dubious surroundings, then you should not immediately panic. Chances are high that this is an illusion dream or just one of the dreams that can be deciphered if desired. And, of course, it will not indicate the presence of a risk to life and, perhaps, will not even concern the person of your loved one. The example is rather exaggerated, it is important here that you understand the general meaning of the “prophetic dream” type.

Sleep ordering

If you want to solve a question, you need to find an answer, then this can be done through a dream, BUT there are several rules:

  • You need to believe in the reality of receiving an answer through a dream
  • You need to be able to work with dreams at least a little. That is, to be in the subject.
  • You need to be able to turn off thoughts to the maximum after you have formed a question and went to bed with it. Otherwise, instead of answering, you risk getting a dream with a repetition of what you thought about falling asleep or something else. If you cannot turn off thoughts, but want to get an answer, then the question should really, very much worry you, occupy your whole being, so to speak, even if there are still other thoughts in your head.
  • To get a clear answer, you need to be able to correctly form questions. The general principle here is almost the same as that of the goal-setting technique.
  • It is necessary to periodically practice the technique of ordering sleep, so that you (your consciousness) get used to the fact that answers can now be received through sleep as well. So to say "fill your hand."

The fact is that in our subconsciousness, as a rule, there are already all the answers. According to scientific opinion, the subconscious is about 80% of the psyche, 20% is consciousness. We can access the subconscious mind through a variety of techniques, including dreaming techniques. In the latter case, the consciousness that interferes with seeing the answer turns off and the person plunges into the subconscious. Since the signal (formed question) from the consciousness was already sent before sleep, the subconscious mind also receives it during sleep. Upon awakening, the dream must be deciphered. Although, according to my experience, based on the general picture of the dream, the plot as a whole, and so everything is clear.

For example, once my friend was puzzled by the question of which field of activity to choose. The main details of her ordered dream: it was at night, she rushed around the station in search of the necessary train, knowing that the last one was about to leave. In the end, I found the right train by the morning (that's how it is, yes) and got on it with joy. On the way from the window, she saw views clearly indicating the elements of one of the spheres of activity she mentioned in the question.

Night and throwing - indicated the severity and temporal duration of her dilemma. Morning, sunrise are archetypes indicating the beginning of a new, joyful, pleasant business, in her case, etc., etc. As you can see, associations are involved in the interpretation. The dream interpretation is not needed here.

Sleep management (wasps)

In my opinion, it is better not to joke with this and not to delve into the study without special need. Once again I notice that I am sharing here only my experience and I may be wrong in reasoning about OS-s.

Let me remind you that the dreams of an ordinary person, if he is not spiritually developed and is not a clairvoyant or someone from this opera, to a greater extent come from a bright, elegant, exciting astral plane, where everything is sharpened to evoke as many emotions in a person as possible no less exciting pictures. I wrote about this in the first part of the article.

Accordingly, you will have to spend a huge part of your personal time allocated for healthy (!) Sleep, experimenting with getting out of the body and developing control, and all in order to experience these strong emotions and think that you are receiving some important, useful information (how in my experience of controlling sleep with God, for example), as well as, perhaps, later move to a new level of dreaming and make out-of-body travels to…. a friend to the apartment while he is also sleeping. Why do you need it?

In any case, remember that by controlling sleep you disrupt the natural processes of the subconscious.

I would like to give here examples from personal experience. There are times when in a dream I realize that I can control him. In these cases, as a rule, I start to act out everything according to my scenario. In general, the picture becomes similar to the one as if a drunk spectator got out from the hall onto the stage to the actors during the performance and began to actively express themselves there. As it is clear nothing good or useful will come of it. I didn’t receive answers to my pressing questions or received lies in return. When I, with the help of control, appeared where the dream was not supposed to be, then I was either thrown out of the dream, or I was turned on “white noise” and so on and so forth.

Of course, if you have enough wisdom and knowledge, you can not go ahead like me, but work carefully in tandem with the plot already launched in a dream.

Working with dreams

Finally, some small useful bonuses. In addition to ordering sleep, in dreams you can solve psychological problems from life (if they are not mega-global, and do not require serious psychological work in life).

If you dreamed of a dream sign that repeats itself from time to time in full or in elements, then you can work with it.

As did my lady, who in a dream fled from the tsunami, rapists, murderers and other dangers. She set herself a goal the next time she had another such dream, at all costs to withstand the threat and not escape. That is, it is quite enough to firmly form a goal-intention in your mind: “The next time, if I have such and such a dream, I must withstand and do everything in my power to solve the problem, but not run away” and repeat it from time to time. time. The subconscious has received a command signal, believe me. Maybe not the first time, but later the problem will be solved in a dream by itself. Soon, her heroine in a dream somehow settled things in such a way that the tsunami spread like a puddle at her feet, the killers and rapists also disappeared somewhere, and she both stood still and continued to stand there. Dreams with such plots are completely gone. And in life it turned out that she can quite successfully confront problems.

Also, if you had a bad dream or a dream, the result of which does not suit you at all, you can replay it. This is done for:

  1. Your psychological calmness
  2. Replaying the version of events proposed to you in real life.

Immediately after waking up, without opening your eyes, you need to return to that point of sleep, starting from which nothing further suits you …. you can go back to the beginning. Being in the floor of a dream, you play the positive picture that you want. You finally wake up and go do your business. Psychologists recognize the effectiveness of this method, which actually uses elements from the technique of "positive thinking" and programming the subconscious mind for a more favorable course of events from sleep to real life.

Learning to interpret dreams is not as difficult as you think. Everyone learns with experience, believe me. The main desire. And there are a few golden rules to remember here. I write them specifically at the end:

Better than you yourself, no one will explain your dream! Even an experienced interpreter can only give guidance in which direction you should look. You learn from these landmarks and continue on your own. Because your dream is YOU and YOUR LIFE (from birth to this day with all its details, events, moods). Only you have this information.

Be very careful about what you dreamed! Whether it's a dream with a sad or joyful plot. Remember that for the most part, what is seen in a dream has a completely different meaning, and does not go directly to the plot from the dream. Use only those dream books that you trust, or rather make your own.
