How To Find Well-being, Or What Laws Of Life Should Be Followed

One way or another, every person consciously or unconsciously adheres to some principles, rules or laws in life. Here I want to cite "laws" that are modestly borrowed, in my opinion, from prominent people: S. V. Kovaleva. (psychologist, psychotherapist) and D. Chopra (Indian doctor and philosopher). The general scheme of these laws can be represented in the form of the following hexagram:

Let's take a closer look at the essence of the components of this hexogram:

1 Dharma (meaning and service)

The central puzzle that binds everyone together is the law of Dharma. Namely, the Ways, Sense and Service, which alone can constitute and set the content of genuine human life. It is implemented both simply and very difficult - in the form of three rules:

1) Opening your Authentic Self. Here we are talking about the fact that a person in his life can open four of his “earthly” First “I” (Ego, Personality, Individuality and Self), and after that two “not I”: Heavenly or Divine (Essence and Soul) …

2) Finding and expressing your own unique talent. Here we are talking about the fact that uniqueness and genius, which can be revealed and nurtured, are inherent in each person from the very beginning. Those who discovered and developed uniqueness and genius are able to create and create their lives as they want and create something truly beautiful, kind, eternal …

3) Service to Humanity, the World and God. This rule says that no matter what position a person occupies (and no matter what role he plays), it is service that makes it possible to rise, find spiritual and spiritual harmony and peace. And only those who understood and realized this are capable, having started life as a simple pawn, to end the Great Chess Game of Life, at least with a queen …

Law 2 - Potentialization

This law says that the potential of each of us is immeasurably high and powerful. But it opens only to those who do something to reveal it. And since rarely anyone purposefully engages in spiritual and energy practices, it may be sufficient to fulfill three not very difficult rules to reveal their potential at a basic level:

1) Silence (at least a couple of hours a day). Meditation (well, at least the awareness of what you see, hear, feel during this very period of silence). Prayer (at least "Lord, have mercy, save and give me reason, a sinner …");

2) Constant communication with wildlife (at the same time, it is desirable, without other interfering people);

3) Not condemnation (try not to judge anyone or anything that is happening around you).

Law 3 - Giving

The essence of this law is very simple - in order to receive something, you have to give something. Moreover, it is desirable to give not so much money or material values, but the genuine gifts of life.

1) Try so that for every person who somehow came into contact with you, you must have a small gift, for example: a smile, a kind word, a compliment, help in the end, etc.

2) Do not forget and do not get tired of thanking yourself, others, the world and God for the miracle of life “Here and Now”, as well as for all the blessings and salvation “There and Then”.

3) Support and bring appreciation and love, care, for a start, silently wishing everyone and everyone happiness, joy and success.

Law 4 - Cause and Effect (or the Law of Karma)

The essence of this law lies in the fact that thinking, actions and actions of a person are the main and only reason for everything that happens in life. After analyzing what happens in life, you can see that most of the choices and actions are unconscious and conditioned. This means that it is better to make each of your choices based on two conscious questions:

- what are its consequences for me, others, the world and God?

- Will this choice bring benefit, satisfaction and even happiness to me and to those who will be affected by it?

And then you should ask yourself: "Is this choice to my heart, and what can my unconscious say about it?"

Law 5 - Least Effort

1) Saving resources. Think over how to achieve what you want without spending extra energy;

2) Full acceptance of everything that is, as it is, without evaluations, without speculation and "putting it on the shelves";

3) Seeing opportunities. Try to see in everything that is happening to you, favorable opportunities: "how can I use this the best way for me and the way?"

Law 6 - Intentions and Desires

1) Competent strategic and tactical planning. There should be a built-in system of life goals, both short-term and long-term:

2) These should be ends, not means for them (for example, beauty and harmony of the body, and not the obligation, not always necessary, of a strict diet).

3) The goals should not concern objects (for example, a famous fashion model, or just a girl of model appearance …), but related situations (… with which it is impossible to live and build a family, because she is simply not designed for this …);

Law 7 - Non-attachment

1) Not attachment (neither to the method, nor to the structure, nor even to the result), this will allow you to find complete freedom in your life, let everything be as it is and will be (you need to plan, but you do not need to force yourself);

2) Freedom of change. You will begin to learn to see in uncertainty and chaos not disorder and danger, but the possibility and freedom of changes in your life;

3) Openness is a lot of variance. Open yourself to the infinity of choices, magic and mystery of life as an exciting adventure.

That's all. Until next time. Sincerely Dmitry Poteev.
