Panic attacks are attacks of sudden intense fear.

They appear out of the blue, in contrast to phobias. Simply put, a phobia is when you are afraid of something specific (airplanes, confined spaces, etc.), and a panic attack is when you are simply afraid, you do not know what.

A panic attack can appear anywhere and in the most common situation. So you just go to work, sit in a cafe, do household chores, and suddenly - an attack.

Sometimes panic attacks manifest themselves in the form of diseases, a person may not understand that these are panic attacks. The body lives in fear for it!

During a panic attack, sweating often increases, gets hot or cold, faints, and / or dizzy.
