One of my drawbacks is the desire to have everything! And immediately! And more!))))

But life is such that she rarely gives such gifts. Whether I like it or not, people did almost all the great achievements gradually, step by step. And although mentally I always understood that the elephant needed to be eaten piece by piece, in practice, 2-3 small failures completely discouraged interest.

Morning jogging became a very interesting discovery and new experience for me.

As a child, I did not go in for sports and for physical education I preferred to forget my sports form. I have never had any problems with my figure, so for a long time I did not pay any attention to sports. Even when I started working in a weight loss clinic, I repeatedly gave recommendations on how it is useful to take a walk in the morning, and I saw positive results from my parents and clients, but I myself did not systematically do it.

And this summer, quite imperceptibly for me, morning jogging entered my life, and became an important part of it. It all started with the fact that my Mariupol friend came to visit me, who loved to sleep until 12.00, and my son woke up at 8.00, without a twinge of conscience walked into the living room, turned on cartoons, and all my conversations about the need for someone else's sleep no impression was made on him. Therefore, I decided that it is useful to teach the child to sports, and in the morning we began to go to the stadium, which was in our yard.

Remembering that children only do what their parents do, and not what they are told, I began, so to speak, to inspire my son to play sports. It looked something like this - my son was catching butterflies and grasshoppers in the grass, got acquainted with all the athletes he met at the stadium and then pictured lying in the middle of a green artificial field, looking at the clouds while I was giving him an example))))

I quickly realized that I could not run 2 laps around the stadium - it was difficult, hard, I didn’t have enough breath, and running was never my favorite pastime, but rather the opposite, I always thought that it was not mine. But going home in 15 minutes, or catching butterflies in the grass, was no pleasure for me either, so I started to run, and when it got hard, I stopped and walked at a pace that was comfortable for me. Very soon I got a system - I ran one circle, walked one, then ran alone again, and so on 6 times. And after exercise, shower and morning I succeeded))

Very quickly, such loads became comfortable for me, and I gradually began to increase them. I ran not 1 circle, but 1, 5 and already 8 times. And after 3 weeks of such training, I already began to fit myself and feel that I was doing the right thing. And when a friend noticed that I would soon have cubes on the press and a couple of young people complimented my figure, I was inspired to continue))))

I noticed that in order to run systematically it is important to feel your body and your desires.

For example:

- I can't run very early in the morning or at the same time. It is important for me to wake up, walk around the house for another half hour, tune in and only then go for a run.

- it turned out that after 100 grams of whiskey, the liver begins to ache on the very first lap and refuses to run after a good party, but after 1-2 glasses of dry white wine you can agree with her, she will be capricious a little, and then on the 3rd lap everything becomes well and the program runs completely.

- I can’t run in the rain, even a hot shower doesn’t save me from snot.

- and if you run in the cold, but you need to monitor your breathing, otherwise there will be bronchitis.

- and I can't run straight every day. Sometimes trips, sometimes rains.

Therefore, I run when I want and as much as I want, but at the same time the cubes are formed and the figure acquires more and more sports relief) and this is a very pleasant activity)))

By the way, it turned out that during a run really:

- negative emotions are well lived - all sorts of resentment and anger;

- smart and interesting thoughts come, in the head everything is laid out on its shelves;

- the mood is greatly increased and a charge of vivacity appears for the whole day.

How does this experience help me in other things?

When I start a new business and something doesn't work out, I remember that I didn't start running 4, 8 km right away. This required listening to yourself, choosing the appropriate option and training, doing a little every day. Therefore, now if for some reason I cannot do everything in one sitting, I postpone the matter until there is a desire to finish it.

So, for example, I was preparing this post for several days)))) first, while jogging, I got the name "the art of small steps" and I remembered that Exupery has such a prayer. Today I took pictures, and then, with breaks for seagulls and household chores, I wrote this text))) I also have a picture and a small list of things that I do)

It turned out a lot of text))) I hope it's not boring))) now you can praise yourself for your productivity)) and think about what book to write))
