We can be very purposeful! As a psychologist, I want to tell you that there are some nuances here))
1. It is desirable to formulate the goal in the present tense and in a perfect form.
For example: - I'm leaving for the new year in Bali!
2. The goal must feel real and correct.
About the right thing: if you have moral doubts, you will not go far.
About the real: the unconscious does not allocate energy for what seems unreal to it.
What to do? Break the goal into intermediate feasible goals.
For example: - I make $ 100 more.
(I make a million dollars instead)
But for some, a million is a very real amount.
Then everything is ok:)
In the search for relationships, you can also highlight sub-goals - first get to know each other. Then go on a date. Then - have a good time. And only then - to get married.
In the case of general cleaning, which is difficult to tackle - also sub-goals: I will clear one room, then another, and so on.
3. When formulating a goal, it is better to focus not on the problem - and not on the solution.
For example: - I earn as much as I need.
(instead of I get rid of poverty)
4. It is better not to use negation (not and neither).
For example: I am getting healthier, younger and better every day.
(instead of not getting sick, not getting old, not sad)
5. Remember to include yourself in the wording.
For example: - I allow myself to be happy!
6. 1 statement - 1 goal.
That is, a cottage separately - a car separately:)
7. Pay attention to your emotional state - from which you formulate a goal. It is better not to think of something out of fear, anger, need, or sadness.
It is impossible to achieve anything while being in apathy.
It's better to cheer yourself up first.
Look at yourself, life and your desires with joy.
A great mood for making your dreams come true - a playful mood or a state of determination!
8. Nothing good will come of the goal of changing someone else. It is better to formulate so that you remain an active participant in the implementation of your plans.
For example: - I find a common language with my teenage child.
(Instead of: Let my child become obedient)
- I am improving relations with my husband.
(Instead of: Husband becomes good)
9. Forming a goal - indicate the end result, but not the way to achieve it.
For example: - I allow myself to effectively manage my business.
- I allow myself to enjoy my work.
- I allow myself to communicate easily and freely with …
- I allow myself to be energetic and cheerful!
- I allow myself to be rich and successful!
Why do I allow it? Because only our self-restraints stand between us and our goal!
Good luck!

How To Break Through And Reach The Next Level?
Are there areas in your life in which you have been working on something for a long time and unsuccessfully, but cannot achieve the desired goal? For example, you have been trying to lose weight for a long time, reach a different level of income or profit, start a relationship, climb the career ladder, but you are not appreciated, and everything does not work out.
Excuses That Will Never Reach Your Goals
1. Lack of knowledge This is one of the most common misconceptions, says psychologist Alexandra Elfimova. - There will always be a lack of the knowledge that you have acquired. We must accept that there will be many people around you who are smarter.
Die, But Reach! Psychology Of Personality
Today you have not done a dozen things or at least one useful one, which means that the day was wasted! Do you know this feeling? Such a neurotic assessment of the personality of oneself is characteristic of those people whose self-esteem directly depends on the results achieved (What did I do, and did my actions benefit others?
Say A Word About A Poor Parent Or What We Bring To Our Relationship With Our Children From Our Childhood
Our ideas about the upbringing of children stem not so much from pedagogical and psychological literature as from our childhood experience. From those relationships that we developed with our own parents. We can relate to this in different ways:
Our Future Is In Our Hands As Well As In Our Thoughts. Affirmations
What is affirmation? Affirmation is a short statement phrase that, when repeated many times, fixes the required image or setting in the subconscious of a person. Affirmations use the power of positive thinking to help us achieve our goals and are like little reminders within ourselves.
