1. Lack of knowledge
This is one of the most common misconceptions, says psychologist Alexandra Elfimova. - There will always be a lack of the knowledge that you have acquired. We must accept that there will be many people around you who are smarter. The first thing to do is write your achievements on paper and understand that you, too, have the right to fight. In addition, not all super-smart people have made a stunning career. Many lacked courage and confidence.
2. It's not time yet
When you hear such a phrase, you immediately want to ask: when will the time come? They will always be surrounded by worries for which you will inflame your precious minutes. There is a wonderful proverb: whoever wants, he will always find time. There will never be a perfect moment. There is a great rule: if you thought, do it right away.
3. Too much to do
Whatever you do, always remember one thing: the most expensive resource is time. It just can't be returned. The regrets about missed opportunities will be incredibly intense. Sometimes they lead to depression. Therefore, sit down and think soberly about what you are doing and whether your soul needs it. If you do not feel the buzz from life, then feel free to change it. Don't be afraid of change. After all, they are always for the best!
4. The first attempt failed …
If many figures reasoned like you, then they certainly would not have achieved success. The strength of the spirit is not to give up, but to go towards the dream, solemnly endure difficulties. It is necessary to discard laziness and all negative beliefs: “I can’t,” “I’m afraid,” “who I am, and who they are” … Then analyze what was wrong in the past experience. For example, maybe you need to learn something else. Then look for someone who will tell you and go for it!
5. No strength
A tempting excuse for a phlegmatic young lady to beg for another vacation. Let me tell you straight: everyone is tired! But you don't need to constantly say it in your head. The brain remembers such phrases. Then you really cannot get out of this state.
Well-known personal growth trainer John Kehoe in his book "The subconscious mind can do everything!" suggests that you can get rid of fatigue in a very simple way. It is enough for 2-3 minutes in the first and second half of the day to repeat to yourself: "Every day I feel better and better." You will see, your brain will tune your body to an active wave!
6. Fear of criticism
We must admit that they will criticize always and everywhere. You will not be able to please everyone, because you will not be able to "get" into the model of everyone's world. If criticism is justified, then one should joyfully accept it and listen. Do not take the rest personally. You yourself know who you are and what you are capable of.
7. No connections
Many have no connections. The goals are achieved by those who are really brave, says the psychologist. - He is not afraid to make mistakes, to seem stupid. Get up from his knees and trample like a tank. Moreover, now is the era of the Internet, social networks, where you can find almost any person you need and start contacting him. You just need to show a little ingenuity, courtesy and make a winning statement. Do not be afraid: call and write to those who you need. After all, they can only yell at you, but they won't kill you! Or, on the contrary, they will be delighted with the call and help. It all depends on self-attitude. Always adhere to the law: what is outside, so is inside.
8. Where to start
Surely you understand what is missing for happiness, and you have some kind of goal. Progressively describe the stages of its achievement to the smallest detail. Then you will understand what needs to be done for this: whom to meet, what skills to acquire, etc.
9. Fear of the new
Getting out of your comfort zone is always stressful. However, this barrier must be jumped in order to achieve the desired goal. You can sit in one place all your life without having tasted the fullness of life. It is more terrible to regret when nothing can be physically done.

Who is raping their own children? Who are these men? "Perverts … Psychos … Inadequate men … Psychopaths … Monsters." This was said by a man on the street, and until recently I would have said the same thing, before I volunteered to lead a psychotherapy group for such men.
A Wish Card Is A Real Way To Achieve Your Goals
The "Wish Map" visualization technique is often associated with esotericism or astrology, but in fact it is based on the manipulation of one's own consciousness. From the point of view of psychology, this is putting things in order in your own head, thoughts, desires, leading to the desired results.
Where Can You Get Motivation To Achieve Your Goals?
In December, I conducted a stream for the company about summing up the results of 2020 and planning for 2021. One of the most frequent questions in that stream was: "Where can I get motivation to achieve the set goals?" How interesting it turns out:
