An exam is a way to test and assess knowledge. There are various forms and types of examinations (written, oral, test or ticket).
Preparing for an exam / test / test
- Start repeating the necessary material long before the exam;
- Draw up a schedule for repetition, which will indicate which subjects need to be tightened and put yourself a deadline for these actions and indicate the date of the exam. (This will help you focus on what needs to be done and when.)
Important:
- Do not forget that all exams have a time frame. Accordingly, you need to try not to be distracted and state the most important points concisely and succinctly.
- Write legibly (if it is a written exam / credit).
- Read the assignment carefully.
Before the exam / test:
- The day before the exam, good rest, a walk in the fresh air;
- Minimize the amount of time in front of TV, computer and phone;
- Sleep well.
On the day of the exam / test:
- Morning exercises
- Cold and hot shower
- Full breakfast
- Support the child with a kind word, encourage, hug and tell him that you will be there regardless of the result, that you believe him / her.
- Work together to create techniques to help relieve stress.
I'm sitting on the exam / test:
- Take a deep breath in and out;
- Start with easy tasks, and then move on to difficult ones (if there are no requirements for the order of execution)
Good luck and take care of yourself
