The problematic of a huge number of psychological inquiries is often as follows … Client:

a) did not show (did not investigate, does not know) himself-present (that is, the inner "child");

b) did not update (did not work, did not polish) the platform of the internal "parent" (introjects, prescriptions, installations) and

c) did not reconcile the true beginning with useful permissions, messages (that is, did not combine important spiritual vectors: the inner "parent" and the inner "child").

And even in cases when a reflective, self-investigating personality understands his "breakdowns", one cannot come to healing without thoughtful, constructive strategies.

That is why it is so important to build on (have) the healing programs that we psychologists generously share with seeking readers. For the benefit of their conditions!

*************************************

Today I will show my subscribers one healing strategy, in line with which I successfully work with numerous clients.

This technique perfectly manifests and harmonizes the most important inner principles: positional "Parent" and "Child". Hopefully helpful!

The author's method of combining two principles - "inner child" and "inner parent"

1. First things first, we set up three chairs. The first, central chair represents the position of the inner "Adult" (the spiritual "Sage"). The next, second chair (located opposite, on the left side of the central one) is the position of the inner "Child". And the last, third chair (located opposite, on the right side of the central one) is the position of the inner "Parent".

2. Further…

- We start from the position of a spiritual "Sage" (or "Adult"). This is the leading position that shapes the inner dialogue.

- The client sits on the central chair and tries on the position of the soulful "Sage".

- From this constructive position, he refers to the inner “Child”, located on the chair opposite, to the left of him.

- The inner “Sage” asks the inner “Child” to prove himself to the interlocutors, to tell about what he is in the personality structure and how comfortable is his life?

3. Further…

- There is a rearrangement: the client sits down on the chair of the inner "Child" and introduces himself to the interlocutors ("Adult" and "Parent") …

- Slowly, very thoughtfully, he reveals to his interlocutors his inner essence and manifests his inner needs (especially those that remained closed).

- It also reflects the state of the inner “Child”: how much is he heard and accepted by the individual as a whole, and is he also happy?

4. Having clarified the position of the inner "Child", the client returns to the chair of the "Adult" and, in a response speech to the "Child", reports on the deepest acceptance of the revealed essence of the "Child".

5. Next in line is the chair of the inner "Parent". The client turns to a specific position and asks to reveal himself.

6. Another rearrangement takes place - the client takes the position of an internal “Parent”.

7. In this position, he must reveal himself, that is, formulate a parental platform, which is guided in relation to the inner “Child”, that is:

- what he allows himself, - which categorically prohibits, - for which he reproaches, - when scourging, - where does it lead and what does it require?

8. Further … We sit down on the chair of the "Adult" and respectfully accept the manifestation of the inner "Parent".

9. Then, from this constructive position, we ask the “Parent” the most important question: to what extent does the existing program correspond to the interests and views of the individual, and in what way is it penetrated by the introjects implanted into the “Parent”?

10. Further…

- We take the place of the inner "Parent" and thoughtfully explore the parent platform.

- We update the provisions of the installation, software platform, taking into account the wishes, interests and needs of the inner "Child".

- We accept new attitudes, in accordance with the manifestation of the inner “Child”.

- We formulate a new installation list.

11. We return to the position of the “Adult” (“Sage”) and simultaneously address two mental positions - “Parent” and “Child” with approximately the following words: “Today you both were maximally

- manifested, - heard and

- consistent with each other.

Now you can work together! For the good of the whole person! In the name of your harmony!"

12. But the consolidating and at the same time - the wonderful (magical) stage of the technique is still ahead. We are going to do it now.

- Being in the "Adult" position, spread your arms out to the sides, palms facing up.

- On the left palm, mentally take the inner "Child" (directly from the positional chair), on the right - the inner "Parent".

- And now - slowly join your palms in a unifying gesture of a benevolent handshake.

- Feel the consistency of all parts of the personality ("Adult", "Parent" and "Child").

- Touch the united palms to the heart.

- Take the sacred connection inward.

- Save it inside.

- Bless yourself for consistency, harmony and balance.

- Go updated further …

Such a technique is useful and deep, reconciling important parts of the personality. This strategy can be used both in independent work of clients and in therapy with a psychologist. I wish you all harmony, consistency and peace!
