While you have not yet gone into New Year's preparations and you have a few free minutes - devote them to yourself.
Here's an interesting exercise on desires. It will allow you to throw off the extra husk and take a closer look at your TRUE desires. After all, desires are different - there is out of envy, out of protest, everyone has it and I want it.
Do everything according to the algorithm that I propose below - and become a little closer, warmer and more tender to yourself.
Touch your self-worth and significance. Be amazed at how awesome and impactful you are in your life!
Step 1 - Write a list of all the desires that come to your mind.
Step 2 - Break down this list by areas of life - health, relationships with children, money, career, leisure, couple relationships, relationships with parents, relationships in society.
Step 3 - Look in which area of desire is less, and in which there is pain. Why do you think?
Step 4 - Try on every wish for yourself. Imagine how you feel when your desire has already been realized?
Cross out those desires where you feel uncomfortable
(they are not originally yours, but imposed by stereotypes or patterns, finally you will release energy for your TRUE desires)
Step 5 - Choose one desire that you would like to see it come true in the near future.
Stay with him all day. Feel how your life will change, what your loved ones will say about him.
At the end of the day, write down how you felt about your desire - how did you feel, what did you think, what ideas came to your mind? What do you already have in order for it to be realized?
