Friends, continuing the project called "Rules of Life", I bring to your attention rule number six. It goes like this: "Become anti-paranoid." Let me remind you again that if you follow these rules for two years, then your life will be able to improve twice.
I would like to present to your attention a fundamental life hack that will qualitatively improve your life in all areas. So attention! Instead of believing that everyone around you conspired to do you harm and hurt, consider that everyone around you conspired to do you good.
Unfortunately, a huge number of people live with an inner conviction, the installation that all the people around us are trying to do me harm, others cannot treat me well, sincerely do good to others, and the situation that happened to me is the most terrible in the world. You need to remind yourself more often that difficulties are lessons. They are given to us in order to temper us, make us even stronger, more experienced, to make us better and help us in personal growth.
After all, if you look at the difficulties in this vein, then any situation in your life, in the end, can have a note of positive. So why not focus on it? After all, if you analyze it, you can see that any negative situation, in the end, can lead to something positive.
For example, being fired from your job is a chance to find your dream job. Not accepted to the institute, they will be admitted to another, even better, or maybe this is not your area at all and it is worth revising your goals, plans and dreams? Perhaps, thanks to the situation, you will be able to find yourself in another area, in which you will be even more successful? Even a serious illness sometimes leads to the fact that a person comes to rethink his life and to a significant improvement in the quality of life, after rethinking. I think you've heard stories from cancer patients who have fundamentally rethought their lives through cancer survivors. And this is also the path that people have traveled to improve. Even in the case of those for whom this path is irrevocable, it makes it possible to rethink something in their lives, to come to something that they did not understand before.
Think about your life too. Remember the negative situations that eventually led you to even better, to the positive? What lesson did you learn from them? What lesson could they teach you, so that you carry it further into life? How, perhaps, your current complexity can lead you to a better and more positive?

Master Of Communication. It's Enough To Understand A Simple Rule
Dialogue is when I throw the ball to you, and you throw it back to me. That being said, we both know that this is a ball, not a jar of jam or a rotten tomato. We know, we voice it: why we throw it and why exactly to each other and what kind of answer we expect.
Why Trouble Doesn't Come Alone Or The Rule Of Four "O"
Popular wisdom has long noticed that troubles usually do not overtake us alone. If something should happen, then everything will inevitably happen at once. Sound familiar? The phone broke down, the laptop decided to update all the programs at once, the coffee boiled out, the bus was late, the boss was dissatisfied, and then they had a fight with their relatives.
Golden Rule
There is a belief that professionalism is compromised when working with patients with the same problems as the psychotherapist. For the therapist to become a competent, empathetic and holistic therapist, he needs to resolve his own tendency to be involved in emotional manipulation.
Does Kitchen Psychology Rule?
Discussions about confrontation have flared up here more than once. classical psychology, albeit with new, not yet fully recognized orthodox science, its directions, but already recognized by the founding fathers of this site (and this is already a breakthrough), such as:
Draft Rule Of Life - Rule # 8 Of 64. Distribute
Continuing the project “Rules of Life”, I suggest you consider rule 8 out of 64, which reads as follows: “Distribute”. I want to remind you that if you follow these rules in your life, then within two years, you can improve your life in half.
