Unconditional love
Unconditional love is when you love just for what it is. It is beyond control, it cannot be earned. This is the complete acceptance of the person.
Unconditional love does not require anything from a person, does not limit or impose conditions. This is the ability to manifest it not only when it is convenient for you, when you want, when there is time and resources. It always exists regardless of the emotional state, time, health. Either it is, or it is not!
And in cases of oversight, mistakes, who are given support instead of criticism for the mistake made, they cope with difficulties much faster.
Getting into a relationship of unconditional love is sometimes difficult. It begins from childhood, when parents bring up their child in full acceptance of him, love for what he is. But in cases where the parents themselves did not experience this in their childhood, in life in general, they experience an inner hunger.
And what can a hungry person give to a hungry person?..
In this case, it is important to start with yourself, as in an airplane, you must first put on an oxygen mask on yourself and only then on the child.
Personal psychotherapy, the search for root causes and the study of trauma in the emotional sphere, the study of relationships with parents, relatives, loved ones, the search for resources and the development of the ability to subtly feel oneself and another, acceptance and love of oneself in trust, gratitude will help to fill from the inside and share warmth, happiness, joy with family, loved ones, unconditionally love and be loved!
