Emptiness … Experiencing it inside is figuratively associated with despair, pain, confusion, hopelessness - a different spectrum of depressive experiences. "Get rid of the emptiness" - as paradoxical as it may sound, is one of the most frequent requests for therapy.

The void is filled, feeling it as a kind of gap, inferiority, imperfection, flaw. They throw food, alcohol, information, mental gum, images of other people into the void.

Now I look at emptiness more like a womb than a stomach. Not a digesting space, but a growing, transforming one. Seeds fall into the void, and then it takes time, favorable conditions, well, and notice what is growing. It would be nice to uproot the ragweed in time, and save the potatoes from the Colorado potato beetle. If you are a great esthete, then you can grow orchids, but just do not forget once every few months they will require maximum activation of your forces, or sow everything with pharmacy chamomile and forget about investments for several years, but just wait for their flowering season.

But absolutely any plant will die if there is not enough light and space in the void. But mushrooms can grow. They are very different. For example, mold.

You can take care of your emptiness, cultivating what you want, or you can abandon it for a while and most likely there will be a process of evolution. The worst thing, in my opinion, that you can do with emptiness is to hammer it to the eyeballs. Or keep it sterile. But that also happens. And my "worst" treatment of emptiness may be someone else's "best" choice.

Now I love meeting with voids so much. They are so strangely connected, bubbling, diffusing, and it is discovered that each of them was alive - a place with its own microclimate. What at first glance seemed to be an absence was the most that neither is a presence that cannot be detected by the senses, but possibly only by the soul. Breathing. You are unlikely to be able to stop your heart or significantly change its rhythm simply by an effort of will. Lungs are another matter. Emptiness. In which life is born.

In the process of thinking, I managed to include four hollow organs: the stomach, uterus, heart and lungs. There are others. Probably, each of them creates its own emptiness inside, special. Emptiness can differ qualitatively no less than fullness.
